Live the Beautiful Life at La Vita Bella at Lake Anna. This gorgeous and spacious 6000+ SqFt home sits on a hill overlooking Lake Anna's most coveted cove. Take in morning sunrises with your coffee from one of two porches or make your way down to your private dock and watch the birds dive and fish jump. Enjoy time on the water by exploring the cove in the two kayaks provided or take a dip in the lake. This is a special place, and you and your guests will find new levels of relaxation while enjoying your stay.
New to the rental market in 2023, the home is almost entirely outfitted with new furniture, all very tastefully appointed. La Vita Bella is a gorgeous 6-bedroom lake resort home that can host up to 16 guests. The home features one large living room, a spacious family room, a dining area, a chef's kitchen with sample seating, a game room, two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, three more bedrooms and a bunkroom with sleeping for six. Majority of the rooms have king beds with exception of one bedroom that has a queen and the bunkroom that has single bunks and a trundle bed. These custom built-in bunk beds were designed to provide an escape haven for children or adults.
Every bedroom has a Samsung TV. Xfinity Streamis provided on each TV or you can log into any streaming service (Apple, Netflix, HBO, Max, etc.)you currently have. House is equipped with Xfinity Fiber and aUbiquiti UniFi Mesh System which enables hi-speed WiFi connectivity throughout the house, the entire backyard, and the boathouse.
Located just around the cornerfrom Hunter's Landing and The Cove, you can run your boat over to quickly fuel up or grab a bite. This is truly one of the best locations on the lake for both relaxing and convenience to everything you need.We provide dock whips to secure your boat to the dock.
The house accommodates 16, and for those who have interest in bringing more to the party, consider also renting the house next door “Plentiful Bliss,” which is our sister property.
At La Vita Bella there is over 150 feet of shoreline on beautiful Lake Anna. Lake Anna is a freshwater lake located 1.5 hours from Washington, DC, 1 hour from Richmond and 45 minutes from Charlottesville and Fredericksburg, VA. The lake is 18 miles long with 250 miles of shoreline. We have lived in DC, Richmond, and Charlottesville, so if you are looking for ideas of things to do in the area, don't hesitate to ask!

The house was incredible, truly so beautiful and detailed. Each room was unique in character. The boat house was such a nice touch. It was a great space for our retreat because we had so many different places to gather in small and large groups. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. All instructions were clear.

Amazing from start to finish

This property is exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. We had a range of kid ages from 5 to 20 years old and there was fun stuff to do for everyone. The property was clean and lacked absolutely nothing from kitchen appliances to household goods to kayaks. The host was quick to communicate and was easy to work with. Would definitely book again and would absolutely book again!

Wonderful Experience

La Vita Bella was as advertised! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with everything you would need to feel right at home. The owners were very communicative throughout the rental process and accommodated special requests for our elderly family members. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be able to come back next year.

Definitely a five star vacation!

This property was even better than our expectations! The house was big and beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 13. The kitchen had every amenity we could have asked for. The commercial size refrigerator and stove were a huge asset since we cooked most of our meals. The kids loved the bunk room, the arcade, and the toy and games. The lake views were fabulous! The porches and patio face the east for the morning sun and we enjoyed sitting by the gas fire pit and the wood burning chiminea on the cooler evenings. We spent a lot of time at the boat house catching catfish and sunnies off the dock, launching the Kayaks, peddle boat and our own paddle boards and floats. We rented a pontoon and it was delivered right to the dock. Brook was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and an all around great guy! One of our favorite vacations!

Best place to stay

The listing doesnt do the property justice. It was clean and updated, larger than expected! Has everything you need to make meals without having to bring your own cooking supplies! As an owner of a restaurant i love to cook, any appliances you could need were there, the silverware and plates were great. The only issue we had was a user error with the master shower, both knobs have to be out for it to work! That was our only issue! The owner sorted it out fast with a quick call to explain how it works. We will definitely be renting this property again and look forward to being lakeside in this spectacular property! Thank you for a great vacation!

Incredible vacation!

The pictures do not do this home justice. It was absolutely gorgeous. Our family of 12 had an incredible week. The kitchen was well stocked to make any kind of meal, comfortable beds, loved the 2 chaises in the living room, and the boathouse with the fridge was key for our fav hangout spot with plenty of seating. We didn't discover the waterfall on the dock til mid-week but enjoyed it once we did! Hosts were prompt in answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Amazing House, Great Location

The pictures do not make justice to the house. The house has 9 ft. ceilings, open space throughout, king size beds, an amazing kitchen, 1st class appliances, a hot tub with a motorized roof, a boat house with kayaks and life jackets. These are not all the amenities that we enjoyed, but what made this house unique and we would definitively come back in the future.

Amazing House with Amazing Lake View

I can't say enough good things about this house. The layout was perfect for a group, its was clean and well equipped, and the host was so easy to work with. This house is right on the water, came with the use of 2 kayaks, and had a dock and boat house that were perfect for some evening drinks. We would highly recommend and plan to come back again! Thanks for a great stay!
