I picked this place for the jacuzzi tub but it was really small and only one person at a time. The shower was also reallllly small. The building is very old and shows its age but very clean. We weren't impressed for the price but it was an okay place to stay.

Perfect location, charming hospitality

This is a historical building (built during civil war) that is charming, comfy and clean. The staff were great and everything about it is easy- parking, food, coffee, ice cream, strolls outside. Perfect for my needs.

Breakfast was great. Bed was hard as a rock and in poor condition. No soap in bathroom. Water reeked of sulfur. Paid for 2 nights, but only stayed for 1 night.

We loved our stay at the Afton Inn. The employees were all so sweet and helpful! It definitely gave the vibe of a bed and breakfast, more of the homey feel. The restaurants were fun, the coffee shop had a great coffee, and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous as always Afton is a gem so is Peggy at the front desk the wind was nuts whipping the sign all night otherwise our room was spectacular nice big bed fireplace🔥 and hot tub great 🌊 company makes this one of the most romantic places in Minnesota we are life long customers thank you for making us feel so comfortable just like our own home and a family as well the restaurants all serve great food whether you want fine dining or anything in-between they accommodate we appreciate all everyone does to make this a special place and memorable experience thank you 🌹

Peggy is a gem in her industry the entire staff was fabulous so was our couples romantic stay room was great hot tub and fireplace digital cable four poster bed patio off side bathroom was great too altogether I could not rave enough three restaurants onsite fabulous food a coffee shop champagne packages and cruises starting in April two bars in town if you want pub food holiday gas station nice little general store 🏪 a mile from inn beaches and state parks to hike in or Afton alps to ski at Little for everyone would recommend for those looking to turn up the heat we will be customers for life now for sure
