Front desk wasn't the most customer-service friendly, especially to people who were out of state. They were not very helpful with information about wifi, breakfast (hours), complimentary drinks, where stuff is within the hotel and in the surrounding area, etc.

We were double billed! Same Hotel, same room, same time. Not yet resolved. Hotels.com bill: $104.98, A-ok Wyndham Hotels: $93.94, This is a failure. Thus the non-excellent review at this time... Both were amounts were billed to the same credit card We would hope that we are an isolated case...

Great staff. Room was clean and tidy. Did let go to the bar, but it looked inviting. The hot tub was clean, although the jets didn’t work.
