When we checked in, and walked into the room, the tvs were on alight was on and the temperature cool from outdoor summer heat. It felt immediately welcoming and inviting.

It’s was okay

Staff were very nice & helpful, great customer service. The bed was super comfortable. No signage directing room #’s. Keurig didn’t work in the room. Dirty socks left behind. A bug came outta the stained couch. A wall fixture was missing a bulb that was visible. Band aid by the spa. Coffee served with breakfast was cold.

We were given a handicapped room. The hand held shower was not working correctly. There was black mold around the floor of the shower! Wallpaper was coming off the wall by shower. Toilet water was ruining, Sink faucet was to close to mirror and facet would not open all the way! We did not see this until getting ready for the day this morning or would have requested another room! We were in Room 116. Did stat our concerns when leaving and gal did say she was sorry no idea if any action was taken as she didn’t write anything down

In between houses right mow so needed long term hotel. Which is what we have beer doing. Needed a break from those hotels for a nice hotel stay and we loved it. If price wasn't so high we would stay our last two weeks there. Also domt really care to mucb about eco friendly and couldn't leave that question blank.

Pool and spa closed (the reason we selected this one). Check in employee cold, other two looking bored, one sitting on the counter, both staring at us getting checked in, very unprofessional. Cleaning and maintenance equipment here and throughout the hotel, but otherwise clean. Our first, and likely, last stay in a Cambria Hotel.

Bottom line If you don’t rely on a wheelchair, this hotel is a stylish, comfortable choice in a great location. However, wheelchair users should confirm bed height and bathroom dimensions in advance or request a truly ADA‑compliant room. We hope management will address these issues—lowering bed frames or providing transfer boards and ensuring bathrooms meet proper turning‑radius standards would make an otherwise excellent stay fully inclusive.

1. During check in, the person checking me in, decided, to work with another person during my check in. Then she came back to me to finish. That's super annoying. 2. The pool had a leak. Things happen, I get it. My daughter was really made. 3. There was only one, very small garbage can. Way too small. That's irritating. 4. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. I called down to the front desk, and she told me I had to come down and get them. Ok fine. I get down there, and asked for a pillow, and she told me they do not have extra pillows. 5. Our fridge barely worked. Even cranked up to the coldest setting, it wasn't enough. Luckily we had a cooler. So, we went to get some ice from the ice machines. There was barely any ice coming out. We went to other machines, same thing. 6. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there, and every time there are issues. We will not be staying there again. There are many options.

Bad design makes for an average stay

The stay was fine, but there were several small design flaws that piled up to make it just an average room. There was only one power outlet between the beds which was fine for my CPAP, but forced us to charge three cell phones on the desk across the room making it a pain to turn off morning alarms. There was only one trash can and it was in the bathroom. The bathroom sink design made it difficult to wash hands without spilling water down the back. The small tv was in the large area with the beds and the large tv was in the small space with the couch. Again, none of these things were awful, just a bunch of bad design decisions in an otherwise comfortable room.
