When I called before booking I asked about adjoining rooms was told yes they have them so I booked 2 rooms when we checked in again I asked we are in adjoining rooms, was told yes by the guy, when we got up to the rooms they were not adjoining at all, they were by each other, good thing we had adult for other room with the kids

Smelled of pot throughout the hotel, asked for new towel to exchange but none were available. No pool towels. Was charged the deposit but left room clean and all room finishings in the room. Shampoo and conditioner were empty(thank god we brought our own). The only reason I did not rate it a 1 star is because I’m not an ass hole and you’re a business. Do better, I will not be back, I’ve left rooms messy and have received deposit, if I knew I had to take out the trash and strip the beds to keep my deposit I would have.

We left immediately. Getting to the hotel, the parking was pretty difficult to navigate. Once we got into the lobby there were about 10 people, maybe 5 groups, lined up for the front desk. There were two employees, one of which was kind and the other seemed to be annoyed at guests checking in. The process from walking in to even speaking to an employee at the desk was at least 30 minutes. When we finally got to the room, it was pretty bad, absolutely nothing like the promotional photos online. The walls were cracked, tub stained, and overall grimy. The sliding door was unlocked when we got in there and when trying to lock it, we realized the whole lock was busted. The toilet couldn’t flush and when we opened the tank there wasn’t even water in it. And the curtains had wholes and rips up the whole thing. The pool and hot tub were fine, nothing too great but also nothing noticeably bad either. Overall the environment of the room and hotel as a whole felt dirty and blatantly gross. We booked another hotel down the road and left. The hotel we moved to was only $50 more and by far so so much better.

Very loud group in breakfast room across from front desk at check in, could hear the yelling and music down the hall towards our room, front desk staff was very quiet and didn’t talk much during check in

This is my second time booking here and we enjoyed the stay. Only flaws are that the bathtub water flow just isn’t the best, especially for giving an infant a shower. We also didn’t have that much toilet paper provided.
