Nice room. The black guy at the desk (I didn't catch his name) was GREAT! Always had a smile and something nice to say. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. We stayed for 4 nights and had a nice time. Breakfast was really good. Nice convenient place to stay to go to The Mall Of America and catch the tram to Target Field for the baseball game.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel across from Mall of America. Nice to be able to walk to and from the mall. Breakfast was very good. The cookies they give out at check in are delicious. They also gave guests reward coupons to scan at the mall to win free or discounted things. Maintenance man Ron was very nice and friendly and made our stay more enjoyable!

Perfect close walking distance to MOA. Pools and hot tubs were overcrowded and one hot tub was closed. Beds were nice and comfortable. I would stay here again.

We loved the amazing staff and the closeness to the mall of America. The pool was the only downfall. There was so much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, it was burning my eyes and discolored my husband's swim shirt. I attached before and afte pictures ofbhis shirt.

Prolly not where you want to stay

Careful. booking here, not only did we get sent out of the hotel for hours because of a Carbon Monoxide leak in the utility room and was told to go hand out at TGI Fridays for a couple hours. Our water did not get hot, it got warm at best and both beds creaked and mine was uneven. Won't be staying here again.

Super Recommend!

there was a little bit of confusion about the shuttle bus, however overall great and I’m glad that I chose this hotel. 1. let us checked in a few hours before the actual check-in time. it’s nice especially if you were with kids after a long trip. and welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies! 2. room is spacious and clean 3. hot coffee and tea is always available at the lobby 4. shuttle bus takes to/from airport and even to the mall anytime per request 5. pool is open for 12 hours. kids were super happy 6. IHop is connected, accessible anytime without going outside, servers were friendly and nice as well 7. free wifi and cable tv. 8. quiet and comfortable to sleep 9. free breakfast was included and enough variety
