Darius at the front desk was not helpful and he was arrogant and condescending. This was very disappointing. The room was fine. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are showing their age and need an update.

Pictures show skywalk attached but have to cross two busy streets to get there. Called multiple times for airport shuttle, left in airport for over an hour with no set directions, and ended up having to call for uber. Check in was mediocre. A colleague checked in directly before me and got better treatment and information than I did. And I was met with attitude from check in clerk when I asked for clarification.
