Room was clean and the layout was nice. There have been some updates in the bathrooms, but the carpets and furniture need replacement. Breakfast is typical hotel choices but with fewer options. The price is very reasonable however for the space, and it's the only place to stay in town.

There was no one at the front desk and no signage or direction on how to summon the worker. This was 6pm on a Friday. Finally after snooping around we found a phone that said to call “0” for the front desk so we did and finally the attendant appeared. As we were leaving for dinner another guest was trying to check in and having the same issue so we shared with him how we got assistance. I understand that there is other work to be done at a hotel but maybe have the front desk representative at the desk or in an area where they can hear or see people approaching the desk.

This was a nice hotel in a decent area close to the Mall of America and also close enough to go into Ellsworth Wisconsin for some cheese without it being a far drive from either.

Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! From the coffee bring ready and brewed to my liking, to the clean and comfortable beds, clean bathroom, friendly staff and so many other things! The breakfast was amazing and ready on the dot and the staff serving it was very friendly and helpful. We stay at a lot of places in our travels and this was 10/10! Would highly recommend. Thank you.

We always stay at this property when it is necessary. However, this time they upped the room rate to most twice what we normally pay because of a softball tournament. Sad that they wouls take advantage of all these families.

The room was OK however, shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. There was zero air conditioning in the elevator making it stiflingly hot. The fence around the patio enclosure was falling apart. The hotel could use some good maintenance.
