Great property really, we just had one minor issue Hubby showered at 11pm on check in day and noted the tub was not draining. We assumed it would be a slow empty and went to bed. In the morning when I showered, water eas still stuck in tub and that is what I stood in Ew. Clearly this is not a new clog! I did not want the next occupant to deal with this so I politely called the front desk and explained it was not draining last night and we thought it would slowly do so overnight, but it’s still there, so it needs attention before your next guest arrives. The receptionist Reprimanded me !!! Oh you were supposed to call us last night to fix it!!!! We need to take care of that either away!!!! Really? I was tired and going to bed and I am paying you the courtesy of notifying you it needs attention now this morning as I am leaving. The tone of voice and choice of words would have made a world of difference.

The property and hotel were beautiful. But they allow 16-17 year old thugs rent rooms who stayed up till 7:00 in the morning yelling profanities, screaming, banging against walls, destroying the gym, pool area, hallways because they have no class. No hotel should allow anyone under 21 to rent rooms. Completely disrespectful and rude. The hotel staff finally did something at 4:30 in the morning but it was like they were afraid of them. Worst night in a hotel room ever
