Convenient location near Mall of America and metro station . Nice front desk staff. We stayed 3 nights. No maid service provided.Trash removal from the room would have been nice. Good yogurt selection but breakfast otherwise limited.

Terrible service

The staff was never avaibale the beds were small and not what i booked. The doors were scraped and disgusting. The toilet roll holder was broken and when we asked them to fix it they never did. They didnt change our sheets when we were there for 6 days and they said it was every 3 days. They didnt do our trash it was oveflowing and we couldnt find anyone to tell them.

You said you had shuttles going to the airport. You did not mention that they do not start until 6:00. We had to be to the airport by 4:30. You are also not as close to the airport as you claim to be. Had to find a different hotel so we could get there on time. Would like my money back!!!

We waited 10 minutes for staff to come to front desk to check us in. They then had a computer issue that we stood there at least 15 minutes while they tried to check us in. We finally asked if we could go to our room and come back later when they figured out the issue. We paid in advanced on Expedia. Worst and longest experience I ever had checking into a hotel.

The hot tub was cold and had hornets in it. The sauna didn’t work because the door wouldn’t close. There were hornets all around the windows. Kids were looking through car windows in the parking lot, and the front desk didn’t take any action.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size, though the bathrooms are on the smaller side. The water pressure could be stronger, but the hot water lasts a long time, which makes up for it. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool all night. The front desk staff were excellent—very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a solid stay, and I would definitely come back.
