Room was a tad musty smelling and our bed was terrible, you could literally see the dip of the mattress. Staff was friendly and happy hour bartender was great! Breakfast staff were very quick and friendly, food was awesome! Valet service was also great and our car was nice and warm.

Overall great!! Hot water in bathroom sink did not work on arrival but was repaired quickly. Window shade when pulled down for night would not go up in morning. Staff fantastic, breakfast outstanding and Happy Hour reception fun. Easy access to Skywalk and nearby parking.

I accidentally ordered a hotel at embassy in downtown and I didn't know if I was gonna get a hotel room at either Ac Marriott or Embassy and I don't know if I had enough 4 AC Marriott and I wondered if I paid for embassy hotel and it told all of my money and I feel like I won't be able to get it back so I'm can order another hotel either at embassy or royal Sonora in downtown Minneapolis and I hope I get another hotel tomorrow Friday but that's ok I'll try again next month on my birthday after my birthday

The breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Valet parking was EXTREMELY helpful because we had no idea where we were going in the first place and weather was bad so it was great that we didn’t have to worry about the parking situation at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the valet parking staff. Thank you so much for making this a very relaxing stay for us.

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful with all of my questions. The room was nice. Everything was clean except the couch neeed a little TLC. Complimentary drinks were good. Loved being able to just walk to the target center and to a restaurant needing to go outside. Valet parking is very pricy though.

The room was clean, snd furniture comfortable, but was cold and never warmed with the thermostat. The pool was closed for a chemical treatment, which the hotel probably had no control of. Breakfast was great. Only one coffee packet for two people. Valet parking was ecpensive but good. The bartender was great and both drinks he made were excellent. We loved using the skyway to get to and from a concert at Target Center.

We were legitimately impressed with this place. The parking is expensive, but it's very easy to use the spothero app to access nearby lots for much less money so that wasn't a factor. This hotel is a solid five stars, with great breakfast, great staff, and great perks.

Clean rooms, staff was great , I did not eat breakfast so I couldn't tell you if it was good or not I also didn't take the free drinks but everything was just fine for my stay. Thanks.
