Great property. Nice sized room bed very comfortable. Very clean. Staff were very helpful especially the airport van driver. Loved the location near the Wildlife reserve. The room was also very quiet even during a large storm passing through.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable but it was absolutely freezing in our room!! When we told the gal at the front desk that it was unbearably cold she was rude and said “well I’ll send up a space heater”. I’ve NEVER stayed anywhere where that was the answer! We didn’t feel very safe running a space heater all night so we just froze another night! Needless to say we won’t ever stay there again!

Nice family weekend

3 nights family getaway trip. Small but cozy Room 312, do not book this room expecting a view. 100% obstruction. The two adjacent rooms likely same. Double queens were a bit firm for my liking.Wall hvac system a bit on the loud side. Nice lounge and pool area. No hot tub. Better than average fitness room. Pet friendly with lots of space outside.
