Very bare minimum stay. Property is showing signs of disrepair. Hall carpets are stained. The mattress in our room had such a deep divot, it was not possible to two to sleep on the bed without rolling into the hole. Somone was screaming and pounding on the door across the hall at 5AM. Free breakfast was sparse. It was a cheap stay. You get what you pay for. Only interacted with the front desk person, and he did a great job.

I stay here each time in MN. I like the options of the bigger rooms with a sitting area. It’s updated even though still some signs of wear and tear. It’s consistent and I never have any issues. Clean and comfortable.

We booked a suite so gramps could get some rest from the kids. They told us there was a problem with the suite and they could give us a room with 2 double beds. That wasnt going to work for our needs. They arranged for us to get a suite and someone else would not get their booked room, i guess. We asked for extrs pillows at the desk. They said they had 1 only but there should be pillows in the couch bed. There were no pillows and there was also no sheets or blankets. Only a mattress cover. We discovered this around 10pm. We didnt call down, we just made due with what we brought. The pool area was out of towels. And the hot tub out of order. We got a text that said if we needed anything to reply to that text, but those messages went unanswered. It wasnt the best visit, but we do like this location and will probably be back.

Hot tub was out of order last year when we came here, still out of order. Plus no wifi for guests of the hotel. Breakfast was very limited compared to last year. Just cold dishes,sausage (maybe if you got there early)and waffles Otherwise not bad. Staff was exceptional.

Adequate for a nights stay.

Only drawback was having a room close to the elevators. For some reason the elevators are closed off by a door so you could easily hear every guest that would go in and out the door to get to the elevators.

Overall good stay

Some of the elevator floors were a little dirty, the bathrooms looked a little rough, could of used some tlc on the sheetrock and shower looked a little outdated. Overall room was clean but room service threw out our soap which was wasteful and breakfast was edible.
