The hotel is becoming run down. I never received my vip room upgrade. I saw the attendant in the executive lounge pick up the fruit that fell into the Buffett with his bare hands and throw it back on the serving plate that people were picking off of with tongs. I had to pay extra to have access to the executive lounge. They were charging more than the JW Marriott for a one night stay and it was just an average stay.

Pool was soooo cold beginning of December. No hot tub. Only 1 microwave for entire property on 3rd floor by ice machine. Shuttle was great. Mary is the best with tips and tricks. She entertained my 6 year old on the ride and he loved her.

I am FURIOUS! They charged me DOUBLE when I only stated a single night. DOUBLE!!! Over $550!!!! And when I called them to correct it they played dumb and claimed it would “fall off” in 5 business days. Never again!!!!
