The Radisson Blu is our first choice when visiting the Mall of America. We've stayed here twice now and select this location for the restaurant, quick walk to the mall, and overall appearance. Staff is friendly and check-in and out process is quick.

Habitación limpia y ordenada, staff amable, amenidades escasas. Se tuvo un inconveniente el día 16 de setiembre en horas de la madrugada… se nos hizo desalojar por las escaleras de emergencia debido a un “incendio en nuestro piso” según se informó por parlante. Resultó ser un conato de incendio según entiendo. Al reingreso no se informó detalle sobre lo acontecido, lo cual como médico especialista y formadora de brigadas de emergencia, considero es un “paso” que no debió pasarse por alto. Esto para tranquilidad de los huéspedes. Los siguientes días no se sintió confortable la estancia, sino preocupante.

I would’ve rated this hotel GREAT! Only thing is the room did not have a microwave there was only one community microwave for everyone to use. Other than that it was an awesome experience!

We requested adjoining rooms at the time of booking months ago. Upon phone call prior to check-in, we were told it would be an additional $35 per room, per day, because of the high demand. With travels across the world, this is a first!! We will not be staying here again for that reason. (the check-in staff were amazing). When calling the hotel it took 6 calls to actually speak to a human being. The first time I was able to speak with someone (call 3), I was given a number that assured I could speak with someone; it put me back into the same loop of voice messages; call 6 was the magic!
