Renovated 5-bedroom house in Minneapolis, Richfield.

Bring the whole family to this wonderful home. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was completely renovated in 2024. Located near the Minneapolis/St. Paul international airport and the Mall of America and centrally located to everything the Twin Cities has to offer. With over 2300 square feet, this home is perfect for families, group trips and professionals. This house feels very spacious with a large eat in kitchen, living room, large family room with a wet bar and mini fridge. We are pet friendly. The back yard is fenced in and there is a large patio with a table, chairs and a Blackstone grill. Whether you are visiting for sporting/tournament events, concerts, shows, weddings or in town for work, you will enjoy this wonderful home. We are only 10 minutes from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport and 5 minutes from the Mall of America. Easy access to many attractions in the area. State Fair grounds, US Bank Stadium, Xcel Energy Center, Target Field, Target Center, Allianz Field, The Ordway Theater, Orpheum Theater, State Theater and all Universities. Multiple restaraunts, bars and pubs are near by. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, cross country skiing and downhill skiing.

This is NOT a party house. No party events allowed. Please respect our neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. We have a security cameras mounted on the exterior of the home.

Really enjoyed our stay here! There were six of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. The house had everything we needed (and plenty of it) for our group over the Thanksgiving holiday. Location was perfect for shopping with quick highway access.

Where to start! Communication was excellent. When I arrived, I couldn't find the code for the door, so I called. Host quickly provided the code over the phone. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the property; it was very clean and tidy. It had enough space for our group of 12. It's close to the Mall of America, restaurants, supermarkets, and more.

Not What I Expected (Dirty/Misleading)

I rented this for a long weekend (4 days, 3 nights) with my family and parents for a wedding in town.The pictures in listing looked great, unfortunately, the actual property was not as it was portrayed online. First and foremost, I don't think they changed the sheets in this house (usually with rentals I've been in, they ask to strip the beds before leaving, this rental did not have us do so). The bed I slept in had hair in it (from the previous guests?).Throughout the house, there were spiders and cobwebs galore as if no one has cleaned in awhile. The floors were so dirty that you couldn't walk barefoot in the house without getting the bottoms of your feet dirty (and I mean like almost black). The coffee maker in the main kitchen doesn't work, so we had to use the one from the basement to make coffee all weekend. It was nice being able to do laundry there, except for the fact that the laundry detergent (or soap?) was a powerful smell (and not in a good way). The back deck was dirty so we weren't able to use that either. We asked the owner for more handtowels, and we were only able to retrieve 2 more from the owners closet (so a total of 5 hand towels for a home that could host up to 12 people).All in all, this house needed a good cleaning. We even stopped by before our 4:00 check in, and saw cleaning people there - which makes me wonder what they even cleaned...Disappointing to pay quite a bit for a misleading rental listing.

My family and I used this house as a home base for a very small family reunion. The check in process was easy. The kitchen was a good size for several people to work in at the same time and it was also well stocked for preparing our meals. We spent most of the time in the lovely back yard enjoying our pot luck meals, visiting and playing yard games as well as card games. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced in yard worked well for the canine members of the family.

Other than it being hot the first night it was a great stay! There was 10 of us and accommodated all of us nicely. It was stocked with enough dishes and utensils to serve everyone at one time unlike other locations we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home, clearly recently renovated and well maintained. Comfortably accommodated ten people with five bedrooms and three bathrooms (most VRBOs in this area that accommodated that many people only had TWO bathrooms. Kitchen equipped with large appliances better than mine. Furniture all comfortable. Liked the big round kitchen table at which to eat and play board games together and enjoyed the outdoor seating.

The house is very comfortable and pleasant. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen is fully equipped. This part of Richfield is extremely quiet and, despite being ten minutes from the airport, I don’t think we heard a single plane overhead. The neighborhood is convenient to everything. We would definitely rent this home again if visiting the Twin Cities with family.

Nice area in house and good yard to play with the kids.The 2nd bathroom on the main floor, the tub didn’t drain. My mistake was I didn’t say I was handicapped. The transition from kitchen to living room was a step.All in all our group was satisfied with this booking.

Iowa Family Long Weekend

The house worked well for our group - age 7 months to 66 years old. The location really can't be beat - between Minnesota Zoo, Children's Museum, 5 mins from the mall. It was very clean and beds were comfy. It was in a family friendly neighborhood, we saw lots of kids out and taking dogs for walks. The backyard and trees were great for kids and games. The Blackstone worked great. Two sets of washer and dryer came in handy. We would have loved to see more bath towels and maybe rugs underneath the beds to take off the chill, but just minimal stuff. We would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

David was a great host, the place was like new, very clean annd very organized !! Extremely comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Well stocked with the basics including some coffee pods and coffee filters. A variety of spices and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Definitely recommend staying here. Thanks.
