Breakfast was non existent

When we arrived in our room the toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall, we found blood on our duvet the breakfast was non existant just packaged sweets!

Strong Pot Smell shabby room

We arrived very late - 2am. I called on the phone and the staff let us in. First impression was BAD. Lobby was dirty and the entire floor smelled like pot and a very strong perfume that maybe was used to try to cover up the pot smell. Also, 3 police cars were in the parking lot when I arrived. The room appeared clean but bathroom door and paint were worn & rusty. The smoke detector was covered with what looked like dried wet paper towels or something . I'm not sure if that meets fire code. I'm assuming it was that way because of the pot smoking but it was a no smoking room. I was kind of grossed out by the initial problems- police, terrible smell, dirt, rust & broken bathroom door, that I never really felt comfortable. But we didn't have any other issues with our stay.

The smell was awful

Upon entering our room, there is a strong unpleasant smell. The smell seem to be coming from the couch, I’m sure somebody urinated on it. The tile and the door trim in the bathroom needed paint and repair. As we were packing to leave, I noticed that there was a dead bug on the sheets. There were also ants crawling on our belongings. I immediately laundered all of our clothes and disinfected our bags when we got home. I wasn’t really comfortable with the group of men drinking beer right outside our window either

The room did not have working air conditioning, the water never got Hot, The Tv was very small, and you could not get a good channel. The bed was lumpy and small. The desk was way to tall compared to the chairs. The pillows on the bed were small couch pillows, Not a pleasant or comfortable stay. When we first walked into room it smelled like tobacco, and the side of the bed by the wall smelled like dog. We had booked and paid for two nights, but only stayed for one. Would like a refund for one night. Staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

Disappointed

Place was clean & updated. Arrived about 10 & front door was locked. Posted listed kitchenette, but it only had a toaster. Had planned to cook eggs, but no pan & stove didn't turn on. Disappointing as I didn't realize you would have to bring everything. Pointless when traveling. Room was very large, beds comfortable & nice hot shower.

Good Value.

It's setup for affordable long stays ( no breakfast), but it's fine. A biit worn, but real clean... so fine for the price. I stayed for 1 night and it was good.

False advertising. Web site said free breakfast. The only free breakfast that i saw was pastries. To me that dosent constitute as free breakfast. The T.V in my room remote didnt work at first and everything on the tv was in spanish. Not everyone that stays in the hotel speaks/reads spanish.

I’m trying to call the number that is listed on Expedia for the property. It is not accurate after being on hold for eight minutes it disconnects you at arriving at the property. The manager tells me that the proper number is on the card at the desk. I tell him that does mean no good when I live three hours away and cannot contact the property. The property is in desperate need of repair. We had other guests in other rooms. They did not even have a hairdryer so they had to dry their hair over the air conditioner in their room the counters in our room or very old stained and had horrible marks on them. The couch in our room had stains, tears, and paint on them. The coffee table if you want to call it that I think a five year-old could’ve put it together better and I don’t know that I would’ve even set a cup on it. The towels in the bathroom looks like they came from the dollar store. They did not match. We’re very thin and very small. The hallways smelled musty and old. I saw housekeeping’s mop bucket, and it look like the color of coffee and not the nice latte like espresso, black coffee, and she was continuing to floors in the room with it. The manager on properly, he is very rude. There is no staff at night so if your key does not work or you lose it, go sleep in your car. I had tried to call the number on the business card for the hotel in the middle of the night as there were people sleeping outside on the sidewalkand there was no answer and the front desk is locked up.
