The room had slight inconveniences such as loose toilet seat, shampoo/soap dispenser in shower was broken, trash cans were tiny and need to be upsized along with placing a recycling bin in room. The guide on the tv was not interactive. You had to turn the tv off & on to get to the guide, and then had to remember the channel numbers to punch in on the remote.

Front desk staff were gracious and helpful. Due to the severely cold weather during our brief stay, it was beneficial having a restaurant connected to the hotel. Restaurant staff were also friendly.
