There was mold every where in the bathroom. It appeared as if they tried to paint over it. There was yellow liquid dripping down on the walls in our room as well as the hallway.

Mold on both beds, and in shower. Holes and/or dents in the walls, random stains on bedding and walls. Lobby was nice in comparison, not good breakfast options. Burnt outlet near beds, and electrical tape all around the cord of AC unit, though the unit worked well. Had a smart TV that would not connect to Wifi and couldnt use by itself. Nice fridge space. Staff was indifferent towards customers for the most part.

Rooms were devoid of any normal items. There were no coffee pots, clock, wall art, or even a fire escape plan. We had two beds and a TV. Not even cups to drink from. The breakfast bar consisted of waffles and coffee. There was no milk, juice, or peanut butter/jelly. Very disappointed with the hotel.

The place is a dump. Checking in there was nobody at the desk. Had to call him. The paperwork went smooth. Room was dirty. Diet ridges pushed up at edges of the floor. No cups, no waste basket, air conditioner wasn’t running. The room didn’t cool off until after midnight. All the furniture was beat up. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. Smart TV with limited access to channels. Tub faucet only provided lukewarm water. Parking was limited. Had to park across the street because several contractor trailers were taking up parking spaces.

Front desk was supposed to be 24 hours but was closed when we got there and there was no way to get a hold of them as their phone wasn't working. We got lucky someone came by the desk after we had been there for 20 minutes. Heater in room did not work. Turned it on it made a bad burning smell then shut down and set off the smoke detector in the room. Breakfast consisted of either pancakes or waffles and orange juice, nothing else. I will not stay there nor will I recommend for others to stay there.

Both nights we were awakened by fighting and screaming. At one point two little children in a vehicle right outside yelling for their mom, and somebody taking her away. Then one of the kids pleading not to kill her. At 3am on Sunday morning somebody was using what sounded like a table saw in one of the rooms down the hall. Only waffles and coffee at breakfast - nothing else. Not even water. Would not recommend.

Hotel called at 4:00 pm and said they had to charge a credit card that was not discover. I booked my reservation through Expedia and used Discover, but they insisted I had to give them another card over the phone or they may cancel my reservation. They said they don’t accept discover. When I went to check in later in the evening, they had a sign on the front desk saying that they accepted Discover. They ripped the sticker off the desk and said I had to pay with another card. They did not have two rooms for me with two beds each per my reservation. Door to my room would not shut. My wife could not get it shut. I had to slam it had to shut it all weekend.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! This place is horrible… first they canceled our reservation 3 time! No towels in the rooms, smelled moldy in one room and the other room was strong of body spray. When asked for more towels the manger asked” why the hell we stay at his hotel! Oh and can’t forget about the window taped shut and the prostitutes out front

Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to fix an issue before I arrived. They tried calling multiple times and no one called them back. Every time we went to the front desk, no one was there. They had a phone at the front desk to call the manager. The rooms we were in, the phones did not work so we had to go down to the front desk each time. It did not matter what time of day or night it was. Free breakfast was a joke. The coffee maker was almost out of coffee. There was 4 of us and we each took a 1/2 glass of coffee. Had issues with the waffle maker and the toaster did not work. Your only option for breakfast was a waffle. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up. Horrible noises all night long coming from it. The towels/washcloths were old and rough. The first night there our tv did not work. Walk down to the lobby, called the manager. Never apologized for the inconvenience, just said you need to turn the tv on. I said it is on but the remote for the cable box is not working. He never offered to come down and help out. The next day the janitor came in to fix the tv and had to replace the batteries. Still could not get the tv to work, he said that when we got back that he would have the tv fixed. Left and came back 8 hours later and still no tv. Went back to the lobby to call and the guy said well you need to use your phones hot spot to connect and then the tv will work. What a NIGHTMARE!!

Nothing was even close besides the mini fridge, TV wasn't connecting the internet room smells of bleach ammonia cleaner shower head was so low I felt like I was in a handicap stall

The room wasn't ready when we arrived after check in time. Short staffed. Broken window in the room. TV did not work. WIFI did not work. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet seat had a crack in it. There was also not enough towels. The walls in the room were disgusting. Wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me.
