This hotel was very dirty. Stains on sheets, floors dirty in room, floors dirty in the breakfast room. There were dead bugs in our bathroom light fixture and stains on our shower curtain. Very dirty!

Overall facility was clean and staff was friendly. Parking is a little limited but it is near the airport so that’s a plus, especially after a long day of traveling.

The entire hotel smelled terrible of marijuana. The desk agent was very friendly and also frustrated about the smell but it was so strong it caused me an asthma attack.

This place is piss quality service Don't stay here

We never got to stay here....our Amtrak train was running late on February 13. I tried to call Quality inn fifteen times between nine thirty and ten fifteen pm to tell them we were late... nobody would pick up the phone. I called the reservation line the agent tried no answer... I want a refund for piss poor service...the Hampton was most accommodating due to our situation being our control
