This stunning GULF FRONT penthouse condo with 11 foot ceilings invites you to indulge in the beauty of the Gulf waters Bay & Marina from the comfort of your own oversized balcony. With its panoramic views, this space becomes a sanctuary for enjoying sunsets and entertaining guests in style. Inside, a spacious living room with floor to ceiling glass & the well-appointed kitchen and dining area with all new lighting. The 2 bedrooms, one king and one queen., boasting en-suite baths, offer a perfect blend of privacy and convenience.

Exclusive access to private tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, & basketball courts with 3 dedicated pickleball courts for Tides building.. enjoy the Tides pool exclusively for guests staying at the Tides.

This condo will no longer have access to the Gulf front pool or the Blue Dunes bar and grill. THe HOA does provide air conditioned bathrooms and will have food trucks on site a few days per week.



Tops'l is a beautifully landscaped paradise resort, popular year around, located next to
the Tops'l Preserve in Miramar Beach, and has private security, several resort
restaurants, and numerous clay tennis courts. Tides guests have their
own private tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and the Tides private
swimming pool with a toddler wading pool.
Located across the highway from the resort is Baytowne Wharf with its many restaurants,

Wonderful Stay!

Condo is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The expansive balcony was ideal for sunset watching. Location was perfect with beach and shopping easily accessible. Also found this to be a nice spot for exploring the coast - from Rosemary Beach to Fort Walton. Note that other than kitchen basics you will need to bring or buy spices, condiments, foil, saran, etc and beach towels.

The condo was great no issues there the problem was with the resort itself. Apparently they are having issues with the management company not wanting Vrbo people there. Every day we were there it was some rule changed. We could not purchase food or drinks from the pool bar because we weren’t owners. We were literally told because we rented with Vrbo they would not serve us. The last day we were there we actually could not cut through the pool to get to our condo. It was insane and not something you want to deal with on vacation. It’s a shame but due to that we won’t be back. It was just too much nonsense.

The location really cannot be beat and the views are stunning. The listing was as advertised. That being said, the master bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were pathetic- it seems at this price point that those would be up to par. Also, the balcony was incredibly dirty (I’m sure it’s difficult to clean being on the top floor but the bottoms of our feet turned black just walking out there). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Beautiful beach!

Nice condo. Comfortable. We were disappointed in the fact there were no beach towels, no spices, oil or condiments of any kind for cooking. There were a couple of useable beach chairs, no umbrella. Umbrella and chair rentals are expensive. The grill at poolside has good food but terrible drinks—ice melts fast and hardly any good alcohol and very very expensive! Beach is beautiful, but facility needs better instructions on the easiest way to get to beach. The water in Florida is terrible every where you go, so thankfully the refrigerator had filtered watered and ice, but still not the best. A welcome basket would be a nice touch!
