3 Bedroom - Ocean View Condo for 8 - Top Floor - Alerio C402

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is located on the top floor of building C making it closest to the beach access and boasting gulf views from its private balcony! Families will enjoy all the comforts of home on this beach vacation! Get the day started with a very short walk over to the beach access where the path will have you in the Gulf of Mexico in no time. Alerio is a gated community with a pool and beach access less than 100 feet from the condo. Located on desirable Scenic Highway 98, Alerio is the newest complex in Miramar Beach offering affordable luxury vacations for families in Florida.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Single Floor Unit - Master with King Bed, Guest 2 with Queen Bed, Guest 3 with Bunk Beds, Living Room with Queen Sofa Bed.

The balcony at C402 is the best spot in the condo! There is so much to see and enjoy. It’s a great place to work on your laptop, people watch, listen to the ocean waves, or watch the sunrise or sunset. When you are ready for the beach, there are two umbrellas, six chairs, and an assortment of sand toys, just add your own beach towels and you are ready for a fun day at the beach.

For your viewing entertainment, there are four TVs in the unit all with basic extended cable service, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The living room TV is equipped with an Apple TV so guests can log in and have access to their streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Sling, and Amazon Prime accounts.

Don’t forget that there are some great restaurants nearby. The Surf Hut is a short walk down Scenic 98. Pompano Joe’s is a short drive from Alerio as well. Great food for a special time together at both locations! If you prefer to cook at home the unit has a fully stocked kitchen and Winn Dixie is just a few blocks away.

The Destin Harbor is just a few miles down HWY 98 for a day of deep-sea fishing or a sailboat ride. In the opposite direction is 30A and Seaside, either way, you go there are things to see and do.

Finally, a trip isn’t complete without the opportunity to shop. Alerio is less than five minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. The 30A artists square is a short drive as well for more rustic coastal offerings. There are also great places to eat or grab treats!

Place was very clean and spacious. The only problem was the view. You can not see the beach from the balcony. You are blocked by houses across the street. But the good news is that it is not a far walk at all, you literally just cross the street and you're there!!

Pros: Condo was absolutely beautiful and well kept. Large sofa inside and on balcony making it easy for everyone to get comfy after a Long Beach day. Beach is right across the street easy access. Pool was small but never crowded. Elevators were always available (IYKYK). Large master shower with separate tub and private toilet. Plenty of working small kitchen appliances.Cons: Beds and pillows aren’t the most comfortable. Definitely need curtains in master bedroom as the sun comes right through the blinds The AC does not change from 73 to 71 until 1am which would have been fine but it was 76 in the condo all day until about 1 am which made it hard to sleep. I tried to override the system but it wouldnt let me. Oh and pay attention only one space for parking. That really didn’t present a big problem though. Honestly, if it would not have been for the AC I would put this condo in one of my top 5 Destin condo stays!

Family Vacation

Love the location! Owner was very efficient and quick to respond. We had a family of 6, but only had 5 wash clothes. So we had to watch clothes at least once- twice a day. Only 1 dish clothe. In spare bathroom, be careful when you turn shower on, you’ll hit your head on the cabinet. Allow a little more wiggle room for the thermostat. Locking it to 71-73 was almost too hot due to the weather, especially at night. I understand the sign about the unit freezing , however some other guests might have an issue with those temperatures.

Great condo close to the beach access

This was our first time in the Miramar/Destin area and our first time using a VRBO. The check in instructions were spot on, we actually arrived a little early (whoopsie forgot about the hour time difference). The host was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was clean and well cared for. We had all the necessary kitchen supplies to prepare food in during our week long stay. The condo was even equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, some beach toys and boogie boards. Directly across the condo is the beach access making a quick trip to the beach and back in case of a sudden rain shower or if we forgot something. There is a Winn Dixie grocery store less than half a mile east and was clean and well stocked. With in walking distance were beach shops, restaurants and ice cream. Wonderful location, property and hosts.

The place was great, literally right across from the beach. 9.5/10, the space was great and prefect as described. The reason why I didn’t give a 10/10 was because they control the A/C due to potential HVAC freezing, which I completely understand. I would still book again.

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Extra large sectional and large table for everyone to spread out. Owners were excellent to rent from and always responded quickly. Outdoor couch was great for relaxing in the evenings. Excellent location for beach, just a short walk. We were also able to walk to The surf hut and Alvin’s island.

Needs parking

Location and condo are great, but only one parking spot and it is STRICTLY enforced. Our children (grown) met us there...and finding and managing offsite parking was frustrating! Lot wasn't even half full, but they patol and ticket. Make sure you are all in one car.

We were down for spring break from school and everything was excellent. The description was spot on of all the rooms. Very short walk to the beach just right across the street. The beach closet has all your essentials from chairs, umbrellas, toys and even boogie boards and small stroller. The kitchen was stocked with all your cooking needs. The balcony was great as I sat out there most of the time, so pretty. Communication with the owners was great. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Perfect Condo Rental!

We had a great time. The property was as advertised. It was very convenient beach access and the property had a closet with any beach item you could need. Several reviews have complained about only having one parking spot, but it is very clearly communicated in the listing that that is the case. As long as you only need one parking spot, this place is perfect!

A perfect stay in paradise

Condo- this condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was very spacious and clean. Getting in and out of the complex and unit was simple. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty closet and dressers. Both bathrooms were clean had plenty of towels for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining room table was perfect for our group to eat and play games at. The living room was very spacious and comfortable. Having an oversized sectional was AMAZING! There was no lack of seating to watch a movie or just relax. The pull out bed was also very comfortable and easy to use. The balcony was simple and comfortable- perfect for a cup of coffee or watching a storm. Washer and dryer worked and worked well. The unit also had plenty of beach accessories- umbrellas, several beach chairs and sand toys- we used them every day! The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Beach access is right across the street-very convenient! Over all I give this a 10/10. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beach access immediately opposite across the road, 2 mins and you’re at the beach. Nice touch was the umbrellas and chairs were included in the condo. Even a couple of body boards were included which was great for the teenagers. Surf hut also just across the street and walkable, and less than a mile from the outlets.

We made wonderful memories here. The pool was nice, beds great, location perfect. Short walk to the beach where you can find tucker and have him drill you out a hole for an umbrella and rent some chairs. Perfect spot for a vacation!

I would recommend this place to any family or strangers looking for a good time and not have to worry about accommodations. We had 7 people stay here with plenty of room. 4 adults and 3 teens. The beach access is right across the street. Easy walking distance. I will be back to stay!
