Alerio condominium in Miramar Beach, is located directly across the street from the sandy white beach. With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Wide paved sidewalks provide an easy walkway to the beach access just across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.

Enjoy gulf views from the balcony! “Fresh and comfortable” describes this beautifully furnished Alerio condo with hardwood floors and trendy decor. The living area offers plenty of cushy seating for everyone, a 65" smart TV, and access to the balcony and outdoor seating. The gourmet kitchen is complete with Amana stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. This includes a 5.8 QT air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, milk frother, and 6 QT Instapot. There is seating at the dining table for six, and additional barstool seating.

The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional guest bunk room with 2 full beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with an HDTV and a DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located and offers a bathtub/shower combination. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary. There is also beach service that includes two chairs and an umbrella with D302!

*There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Not worth it

Pros: close walk to beach and shopping Cons: You can hear every foot step from the unit above. Literally sounded like horses running non stop. More towels are needed in the master bedroom. Only 3 large bath towels, 2 hand towels and 3 wash cloths. We had to wash towels just to have more everyday. The unit does not have a single full length mirror. That would have been nice to have. Also, there are no hooks in master bathroom to hang towels. You also need somewhere close to the shower in master bathroom to place your towels or clothes. There was not anywhere to set those items while you shower. If you needed a place to set something you just had to set it on the bath tub. Finally, the master bath needs a new shower head. The shower head is way too small for the shower. Parking is also an issue that management cannot control. The overall stay was “ok” at best. The garbage disposal had to be replaced, but continues to leak in a bowl under the kitchen sink. We have stayed at the Alerio the last three years and this was by far the worse condo we have stayed at.

Comfy, clean and roomy, close to beaches & walking to small shopping areas. Be prepared to drive to restaurants, grocery stores. Didn’t feel it was stocked enough for people flying in. ex: spices, salt/pepper, cooking spray, bath/beach towels, garbage bags, soap, tissues etc 2 out of 3 bedrooms could use more storage for clothes. Be aware: could have noisy upstairs neighbors 🙂 Other than that loved the area, beautiful water - beautiful beaches! Great beach bar a little down the road!

Beautiful place to stay

The property is beautiful. The beach access is right across the street. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is great. This is in a perfect location with great beach access and close to restaurants and activities for the family.

Keep looking trust me!!

We have been going to Destin for the last 8 years. This stay was the worse by far. The unit was not cleaned to a satisfactory condition. The showers and tubs had mold in them had to completely change the shower curtains to help with some of the smell. The toilets had no water pressure and would not flush. The floor was never mopped and left all our socks black. I have no way to describe the furniture. The couches had no firmness and could feel the springs from wear and tear. But the biggest complaint is that you can really tell the units are not serviced and well taken care of by the property manager. If I was the owner of this unit, I would be pissed on how the booking agents handle my property. I will say this the location and the commute to the beach is great. The pool is way to small for this many units. You can really only have 20 people in pool at a time. You have assigned parking. If you care about your vehicle, you can not move to another space to protect it. The parking spaces are tight. Also we saw the security parking attendant leaning and lying on the vehicles paint to inspect parking passes every 4 hrs. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door. Like I said in my title, Keep Looking. Destin is a great place to vacation, just not at this location.

Great location. Beautiful condo. But Parking for 1 car for 3 bedrooms is super hard. We paid an additional $210 per car ($420 total) and had to shuffle around anytime going anywhere.

Overall condo was nice and location/proximity to Beach were awesome. In person it looked exactly like it did in photos online. Owner/host communicated well. Unit does need a little TLC inside. Some furnishings need good cleaning or replaced. Towel bars not secured to wall, door knob to a closet fell off and exterior door knob for patio was rusted and hard to open & close. Access to security in general was hard to achieve especially to take care of after hours problems. I've heard many say the walls were thin and you could hear others next door & above. That is very true. However, we would consider staying there again if we travel back to Miramar.

I will not be returning. A cleaning fee is charged,however I did not feel the unit was clean. The furniture was very sandy as well as the floor. The pool was not sufficient enough to accommodate 4 units of condos. Parking was tight and some of my family had to park away from the unit I did not know the charge could be negotiated. The kitchen was not equipped for a family of eight when you ate cooking. It was. Nice short walk to the beach. This was a plus! The condo was decorated nicely

Perfect location

The place actually was more than what we expected. Unit was clean and just literally walking distance to the beach. They had security checking in the cars/vehicles coming inside the facility. We felt safe walking outside at night as we also see a lot of families going out for a stroll. The only downside is that they only allow one car per unit and it does not matter if you have a 3 bedroom/2 families per unit. They did have an offsite parking area. Just beware because on the website they tell you parking is only $15/day but when we got there it was $25/day if you pay in cash and $30 if you use your credit card. Overall, we cannot complain because, like mentioned earlier, the location was perfect and our place was clean and unit was spacious (enough for 2 families with 4 kids) which is really what we were hoping for. We would highly recommend this place to friends and definitely looking forward to going back.

Our stay at this property was amazing! I had a couple blonde moments like not being able to lock the door and the staff came and saved me immediately. 😍😍Everything is close by so that was a plus!! Great job guys!! We will definitely be back.

Parking is an issue, lacked detail attention for renters.

Arrival with gate security is like getting screened to enter the Pentagon. You will be lucky to be received by one of the ladies working. All the old guys working act as if you under suspicion of doing something wrong. They do not make you feel inviting at all and is a sore way to start you stay. 1st impressions are everything and the first impressions are uneasy at best. Idiomatic to design 3+ bedroom units with parking for only 1 per unit. Renting a golf cart or other similar vehicle poses a problem of parking it for easy access. The actual unit is nicely decorated and has a nice feel, just lacks details for renters. With the amount of money spending. Having a one serving of coffee, or even just one filter, a bottle of water, would make a difference. Other units have beach chairs already available to use, they showed attention to their renters. This units thought was a 1 trash bag that was as thin and flimsy was a grocery produce bag. Two rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Mostly clean, but I would advise the cleaning crew use a swifter to get the fine grains of sand and have one available for the renters to use. We like feel of destin sand when we go to the beach, not while relaxing inside. The shower curtain had old water light rust looking discoloration, and an insightly what could only be guessed was a fecal stain. I can't say I had a bad time because I was with people I love. It just lack from making me love the place.

Family beach trip

Our family enjoyed our stay, however the listing specified beach chairs and an umbrella were included with our stay. We were told by management that those items were not included. The condo was clean but there was sand everywhere on the floors. Parking was a hassle as guests do not park in their designated parking spots - we had our parking spot taken every time we left the condo and would have to park elsewhere. Other than these few things, we really enjoyed our stay!

Parking was the only issue

My only complaint would be the parking . We stayed in a condo that sleeps 10 and was only allow one parking spot . If you are not lucky enough to get one of the 2-3 guest parking ( which is nearly impossible) you have to park at a RV lot , that is quite a distance away and charges $15 a day to park . Other than that it was great .
