The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that was needed plus has a grill! There were shops all over the place and a Publix grocery store very close.

This place had everything we needed and more. Jon was very easy to reach when we had questions and didn’t mind answering them very quickly. Perfect location to everything and golf cart was a perfect addition to get around as well. Can’t say enough about our stay. Lots of room for our 3 families. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

This property was everything as promised and more. Jon was a fantastic host and made everything so easy. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and beach club, Baytowne and Grand Boulevard shops and restaurants. The golf cart was great to have and made it fun and easy to get around. Our entire family enjoyed our trip and hope to come back again in 2026.

Jon’s place was awesome. Location was great, just a short golf cart ride to the beach and the townhouse was right next to the pool. Very easy to drive the golf cart to Publix and a fun outdoor mall. Kitchen was stocked well. We were able to cook most meals in and avoid the crowded restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We love the Sandestin resort and have stayed in properties with in it every year. This locations has been our favorite so far. It was very spacious and the owners provided lots of beach essentials.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time with our three teenage children. The location was perfect and the golf cart was awesome! Mom could go to the beach while dad and the kids roamed around the beautiful Sandestin Resort and Baytowne Wharf. Jon was excellent to communicate with. The home was beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend!
