Appropriately named "SERENITY NOW" this spacious 4BR-4BA home sets the stage for a memorable vacation! The Bungalos neighborhood is one of the most popular in the Resort. This quaint enclave features Florida cottages peacefully tucked away on the bayside of the Resort.

No detail has been overlooked! You will find travertine floors, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, upgraded washer-dryer and an additional refrigerator. The spacious downstairs primary bedroom suite is inviting with a king bed and lovely furnishings. The bath offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the first level offers new twin bunk beds. You will also find a guest bath on the first level with a tub/shower combination. The second level features a king bedroom suite and an adjoining bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with two sets of bunk beds (fulls over twins). Conveniently located between these two bedrooms is a Media Room offering a sofa, chairs, large screen TV, dvd player and games. Two distinct living areas make this home popular for family vacations. Relax on the screened porch while children play in the yard. A gas grill is provided!

This home includes TWO GOLF CARTS: 4 passenger and 6 passenger golf carts at no additional charge. The home is just steps to the neighborhood's heated pool and putting green. As with every home at the Resort, you are never more than a 10 minute golf cart ride from the Village, Tennis Center, Marina, 4 Championship Golf Courses, shopping at Grand Blvd, and of course, the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of our beach. 2452 Bungalos is where vacation memories are made!

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great stay

This unit was very spacious and well equipped. The couple times we had an issue it was taken care of quickly. The 2 golf carts were great. Good location to get to anywhere in Sandestin. Family was there for a few days so nice to have the extra space.

We had a great stay! House was roomy and accommodating. We enjoyed having 2 golf carts to tote us to the beach. The pool was quiet and was a quick walk from our rental. We would definitely stay here again!

Just "OK"

House was as advertised, for the most part. Clean, and rooms were fine. The downstairs room with the bunk beds was coined the "creepy hobbit" room by family because it's big enough for the bed and that's about it, no dresser or tables, just the bed. The kids avoided that room. The biggest downside was a lack of instructions/information about the area/maps, etc. We really had to research to find things, not ever having been there. A welcome book would be helpful, the portal info only goes so far. Renter be advised: trash is put on the curb in a trash bag and picked up daily (thank you neighbor), and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, but nothing else. If you plan on cooking, you will have to buy all spices, oils, salt/pepper, foil, etc. We stayed a week and were left one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, one tiny dish soap, one dishwasher pod, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a miniature box of laundry detergent...for 7 people. We flew in, so had to purchase everything. There are two irons in the downstairs bathroom cabinet, only one worked, and no ironing board in sight. We were there for a wedding and had to iron clothes on the bed. Finally, the living room furniture could stand to be updated, or at least steam cleaned, they're a little worse for wear. The guest bathroom toilet also runs all night and will wake you up in the main bedroom. Overall, it is nice though and the golf carts are a definite nice-to-have. Maybe invest in a few beach chairs for people flying in, who can't transport their own. The community pool is steps away, so that was nice. Unfortunately, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all week, pretty murky water. One visit we heard a kid tell her mom she had to pee, and her mom told her quietly to "just pee in the pool". Kid went in the pool, we pulled our kids out...and didn't go back. I really, really don't mean to sound like Debbie Downer, just passing on info we found out as we went. We enjoyed the visit to the community, our first time there, and enjoyed the use of your nice home, so thank you very much.

Great Vacation Spot

We love how spacious the house is! There were plenty of comfy beds for everyone! The screened in back porch is a great place to relax after a long day on the water. The extra fridge was awesome for 10 adults!

Loved it!

Great location, we had a wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous, and the beds were so comfortable. The beach is about a 5-8 minute ride with the golf carts, and the pool is within walking distance. There is also shopping and dining right outside the gate that you can ride the golf cart to (other than the wharf). It was an amazing amenity to have both golf carts. We loved just riding the golf carts around the beautiful grounds. It was very nice to have the beach chairs and access to the tram if needed. The pool toys are a great touch also! The property manager responded quickly anytime I needed her. There are a few minor things that I could suggest. A pair of scissors and some non breakable dishes would have been helpful for our family. We did have do some minor research to find the way to the beach, the golf cart parking at Baytowne Wharf, and the trash pickup. A welcome packet with this info would be super helpful. Otherwise, the app does have most everything else. It just takes a bit of looking for some of it. I would absolutely love to stay here again. There does seem to be a big price jump for next year, so I’m not sure that will be possible for us. If that changes, we would love to return. (I also didn’t see that property damage insurance is built in and paid extra for it. Good to know if you’re looking at the extra insurance.)

The house was a lot bigger than I thought it fit 12 of us comfortably. The location was amazing short ride on the golf carts to the beach an Baytown wharf as well as Starbucks an stores. Amazing location!

First of all, we loved the house. It was tucked away in the cutest neighborhood. The neighbors are close but we had no problems with noise. The house felt spacious and had places for all 11 of us. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful thing. The only thing we didn’t know until our last day was there were some extra towels inside the bathroom vanities. The house has a large backyard which gave our kids lots of space to play football, wiffle ball, etc. Golf carts! Our family loved having two golf carts. It was the perfect way to get around the massive complex and to the beach. We barely used our cars all week. The area where the house is located actually has a small village with shops, ice cream, arcades, a playground, restaurants, a marina, and many more things. So much to do and see! And the tunnel to the beach was also a hit for the kids. The beach was clean and beautiful as well. If you are looking for a nice place to take pictures, try the long wooden pier within the complex at sunset. We absolutely loved staying here and would love to return.

Good stay but some issues

Needs some attention to repairs, don’t understand why if your in driveway of rental , waiting to get in at 4, property manager knows your ready to enter but makes you wait till 4. If rental is already cleaned this seems to be lack of customer service. Also entry porch had complete full day replacement while we were renting unit.

Great Place!

We loved our time here at this roomy place near the beach. The beds were comfy, the place was very clean and spacious, and the location was great! It is close to a pool, and it is a golf cart away from most restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We did have a few maintenance issues, (golf cart issue with the 6 seater, one TV did not work, and the AC was on a timer when we first got there that we could not control.) All issues were fixed quickly, except for one of the TV's), but not a big deal except on game day! 😉 Overall, it was a great stay!

Great spot for the family!

We had a great time. The best part was that we never got back in the car. We took the golf carts to the beach, Baytown Wharf, the grocery store, restaurants. Having the pool right there was nice. It's a great spot if you've got young children b/c there's a small backyard, a neighborhood to ride bikes and an upstairs living room. Id choose this over a condo on the beach every time!
