This cottage in Laurel Grove was recently completely decorated with lovely new furnishings throughout the home and is a perfect spot for a golf and beach vacation! This rental includes the use of two six seat golf carts, . The unit also includes use of the tram. Our quaint four bedroom beach cottage in Laurel Grove is located directly on the first tee box of the Raven golf course. The picturesque Laurel Grove community is among the Resort’s newest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The Laurel Grove Clubhouse is a short walk away (about 100 yards) and features a private fitness center, seasonally heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ grills with a mini-kitchen. The home is within walking distance to the clubhouse for the Raven and the Baytowne golf courses. Take the golf carts to the beach and the Wharf in 10-12 minutes!

Our Key West style home is designed with stunning wood floors and open airy spaces. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is dining seating for six guests and additional seating at the breakfast bar for two. The family room is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family to watch a movie or just enjoy playing games together. Step through french doors onto the back porch and relax in a rocking chair! A peaceful view of the golf course invites you to sit for awhile. The Laurel Grove neighborhood offers catch and release fishing and a quiet place to enjoy morning walks and bicycle rides.

The first level master bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, full dresser, plenty of closet space, and convenient access to the front porch through french doors. You will find luxurious linens on the bed and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, large soaking tub and a separate shower. Privately situated upstairs is a second master bedroom offering a second king size bed, luxurious linens, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with an oversize shower. A third bedroom offers a queen bed with a spacious closet. All bedrooms include a television. The guest bathroom is right across the hallway. With two double beds and two twin beds, the fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids (sleeps 6)! Bring the Xbox and movies! This home is equipped with internet ready HDTVs with ROKU access.

This really is truly the perfect beach and golf vacation cottage! The Wharf and sandy white beaches are both a golf cart ride away. The Resort offers a complete vacation experience which you will find just outside your front door! The area also offers other golf courses within a short drive from the cottage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great family get a way

We enjoyed this vacation home so much. This was such a fun place. Just minutes away from restaurants and entertainment, shopping, grocery stores, Starbucks! Also, a 10 minute ride on the golf cart to the beach. We even rented a boat from Baytown, and drove over to crab Island. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Yucky house

The owner needs to take more pride in the property in order for this house to meet the quality of the other wonderful homes I have stayed in Laurel Grove. I have been vacationing here since 2011 twice a year. I will say that beach blue were attentive to my concerns and sent someone to clean the filthy carpet. Cleaning people were nice. They came back to clean missed spots. Always a great neighborhood.

An Excellent Home in a Very Unique and Fun Community

The home was very nice in a cute exclusive neighborhood. The home was very clean, with plenty of kitchen items to accommodate large groups. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and shops on the property that are easily accessible by the two included golf carts. The only negative was the condition of the golf carts; both needed repairs and one died and had to be taken out of service, leaving us with only one. The one we were left with badly needed brakes. Overall, the golf carts were the only negatives...don't hesitate to rent this fun home on the golf course.

The house was great! Plenty of room and the kitchen is stocked very well. There was plenty of room for everyone! The house was clean and had all the initial needs when we arrived. Make sure to follow the parking rules the HOA will fine. The home owner was amazing to pay the first parking fine. We made sure to not get another one. It was nice to have 2 golf carts to use as we use them as the mode of transportation. The golf carts could use a little maintenance, but aware they get lots of use. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend the property.

The best home so far with teenagers, we had the private master suite downstairs and they each had their own bedrooms upstairs with large bathrooms. The subdivision is quiet. We had great communication with Elise and David from Beach Blue and will definitely use them for our next rental. Our favorite thing about SanDestin is having golf carts, we grocery shop, go to restaurants and the beach without getting into a car.

We love the cleanliness, the location, and all the amenities that come with staying in Laurel Grove. My family and I have created so many awesome memories at this home and appreciate David Duncan from the property management company event popped by to be sure we were highly satisfied with our stay. We have already decided that 7 days wasn't enough and look forward to returning in 2023.

Overall good spot for family reunion. Property is beautiful. House is homey. We visited days after tornadoes went through area and the quick cleanup and repair was impressive. Only complaint was the parking. We had two cars and it was marketed as having 2 parking spots. But one was used up by golf carts. That's fine but alternative parking spots were not communicated well. There was no clear explanation where to park a car without getting a citation or threat of a boot. There needs to be very explicit directions. We were told to park in "the field". Not very helpful.
