A great get away place!!

This a great get away place! Nice gated community, with the buildings having its own parking garage. Very clean room with everything you could need in it. The owner was very nice by giving a detailed list of everything we needed to know for the stay. A great place if you have kids or if it’s just for you and your spouse. The resort has its own restaurants that right at the beach access. Cause if you are like me and my boyfriend we get tired of sandwiches on the beach. This was a great place to get some food and drinks. All in all we will be back for another long weekend trip here again.

Amazing trip

Tufan was so communicative and wonderful about making sure our trip was going well. The wagon of beach supplies with chairs and an umbrella were amazing! Saved us so much money and super easy to transport. Only gripe js the floors were very sandy and i had to use their vacuum on arrival, but i understand it is hard to keep sand out of the room

Great Stay Right on the Beach

My S.O. and I wanted a weekend getaway and this condo was perfect! It was located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Sandestin had great restaurants in walking distance, including the Beach House. Check it out if you have a chance! Tufan was a fantastic host and very attentive. The unit was clean and spacious with a private balcony which we enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for your trip!

Summer Vacation

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in Luau 1. Everything was nice, except the beach chairs, umbrella, and the cart that was provide to carry the chairs and umbrella to the beach. The cart wouldn't roll because something was wrong with the wheels, so we had to carry them ourselves to the beach each time for 3 days, the chairs and umbrella was broken we still could use them but we kept having to fix them which made it uncomfortable. We went down to the laundry to wash, put money in machine to purchase laundry detergent and lost our money because the machine was empty, had to go over to Luau ll to purchase some. Other than those 2 issues everything was very nice we will stay there again in the future.

It was a good experience, the room was large with king size bed and couch where we could watch TV. We could have breakfast and lunch in the room. There was a toaster coffee maker, dishes, a small refrigerator. I guess you could also get TV dinners for dinner. We were walking distance from the beach and there were beach chairs in the storage area. We enjoyed the studio Apt.

Sandestin Luau Tower 1

Wonderful views condo was nice and clean the bed was comfortable, and the property manager was very helpful and communicated with me right away. It’s wonderful location, 3 mi Ute walk to the beach And the Beach House restaurant. The Jacuzzi was wonderful the pool area very nice, and the parking was plentiful.

Short weekend trip - Great room, location and clean!

We (wife & I) found the room and location to be prefect for our weekend trip. Room was very clean, comfortable, easy check-in/out process and most importantly a short (<5 min.) walk to the beach. View of beach is limited (we never spent much time in the room), trade off is great view of overall resort and golf course. We highly recommend room and area for groups of 3 or less people and hope to return in the very near future. TomK

My daughter and I visited this property for a combined birthday trip, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Absolutely wonderful! Directions and instructions were so helpful, everything in the room and storage unit is really well thought out. So thankful to have a couple of beach chairs and the umbrella for the beach, as we used them everyday (and the thought would have never crossed our mind). We can’t wait to come back. Thanks for the lovely, romantic getaway that we needed. It surpassed all expectations!

We loved it!

The condo was very clean. The view was amazing from the balcony. We had a small problem with the refrigerator but I was able to call the owner and he was able to assist over the phone and he fixed the problem. Overall the place was exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this place!
