Beach Retreat Condominiums-2746 Scenic Gulf Drive-located in the heart of Destin! Beach Retreat is a private, gated community ideal for family vacations. Established in 2003, Beach Retreat is only 4 stories with 44 units with convenient parking. Elevators and staircases are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from the Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Beach Retreat is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.

Beach Retreat offers a club house for all gatherings. It is complete with TVs, game tables, and a kitchen. An exercise room is also available for guests. The pool is heated and 3000 sq. feet with a hot tub to the side. Restrooms are located in the pool area for your convenience. We offer 2 complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Beach Retreat #308 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with with beautiful quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. High definition Curve LCD TV occupies the living room and high definition LCD TV occupy both bedrooms. There are Ipod docks located throughout the unit along with DVD players. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 9)
The king master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom. There is bunks located in the hall. The bottom bunk is a full size and the top is a twin. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

Rest comfortable in the pillow top mattresses and black out drapes!

Clean, neat and spacious condo. perfect location with plenty of activities and a walking path right outside your door. We used the balcony all the time. The beds were very comfortable and king size. The condo had everything you need for cooking. Bring spices and you are set. But the view, oh the view is incredible. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! Friendly people. We had two small dogs and all worked well. Taking them to dog path was easy and convenient. Plenty of parking spots with secure check in. I will be returning but for a longer period of time next year! We loved everything about it!

Great condo! Clean, comfortable and kitchen was furnished with everything you need. Brooke was very responsive when I had questions prior to booking. The complex is gated and very comfortable to stay in. Pets are welcome and all pets were well behaved.

We had the best time at beach retreat, it is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, and a perfect location! The beach chair and umbrella service was so nice, and we loved being such a short walk to the beach. The air conditioner and ceiling fans keep the condo very chilled, it never got humid inside! Our pet had a great time too. This was our first trip with her and it was amazing! We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful stay at the beach!!

Beautiful condo with 2 king bedrooms with attached baths- very comfortable beds!! We have stayed in this building before and love the location. Right across the street from the beach, convenient location for walking, shopping and beautiful views of the emerald waters of the gulf right from the balcony. Restaurants are within a short walk. Owners provide 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up at the beach. Bring your own beach chairs if you want more. Also pack beach towels. Owners provided detergent for dishwasher and washing machine, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags. No kitchen spices or pantry items. Brooke and Tom were very responsive to any questions we had or needs. Would highly recommend renting from them. We will be back!!

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. There were four adults and our small dogs and there was plenty of room for everybody. It’s beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back! I’ve been spoiled in the past because I always stayed directly on the beach, but we needed to bring our dogs with us and this is the place that we chose even though it was across the road. It wasn’t a big deal at all. Walking across the little 2 Lane Rd. directly to the beach was so easy!

Amazing condo. Stunning view.

Condo was perfect and the kitchen had everything we could think of. Air was nice and cold. Beds were super comfy. WiFi was fast. Check in was super simple. View was amazing. We loved siting on the balcony for every meals. This will now become our yearly get away.

Could not have asked for a better condo. Comfy beds, super clean, plenty of room, and an awesome view of the gulf. Check in was a breeze. Only problem was having to leave and return home. Would most definitely stay in this unit again!
