Hidden Dunes Condominium 0604 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Set on the sixth floor of Gulfside, vacation condo 604 has been completely remodeled from top to bottom! All appliances and Kitchen is State of the Art! This condo has all new furnishings and Flat Screen TV's throughout! The direct gulf view from the patio is just right to watch the dolphins play in miles of aqua water! The layout, too is ‘just right’ with an open floor plan connecting the spacious kitchen to the dining and living room all of which look out over the Gulf. Now the chef, the movie watchers and the balcony- book readers can all watch the same magenta sunsets over the beach. And of course, whether you are lying in the comfortable beds, a towel at the beach or a lounge chair by the pool – it will all feel ‘just right’. Hidden Dunes Condominium 0604 is more than just a great place to relax after a day of fishing, shopping or golfing. The amenities of Hidden Dunes provide the perfect outlet for fun. A lighted basketball court, walking trails that meander through acres of fragrant magnolia, professionally managed tennis courts and the newest addition of a pickle ball court are among the extras that assure Hidden Dunes guests that they made the right choice.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Hidden Dunes is a treasure

This is the 7th time we have stayed at Hidden Dune. It’s a beautiful facility. The property we rented this time was one of the most beautiful and well appointed condo we’ve ever rented. A beautiful week!

Weaver beach vacay 2024

Nice, clean and comfortable condo for 2 adults and 2 kids! Beautiful beach views especially from the main bedroom.The sliding doors are really hard to open and close. The washer and dryer are tiny, even with small loads the dryer doesn’t completely dry clothes without running it multiple times. It would’ve been nice for there to be more disherwasher soap and trash bags for the cost of the condo. But other than those few things, I’d definitely stay there again! The beach and pool are easy to access. Hidden dunes was really clean and all the employees were nice and helpful.

The condo was perfect! The view is amazing!! The ocean and sand is just like pictures. We could see dolphins from the balcony. The condo has everything you need to make it home. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The beach is right there and easily accessible. The rental comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella-ask the young men who put out the chairs and umbrellas daily and they will take you to yours. A few things to know. The condo is not set for young kids, so you may want to bring paper plates, sippy cups, tiny silverware etc. if you have young ones with you. To open the gate by the pool to get to the beach, you need to push # after you enter the code. There are shopping carts and hotel carts available to help you get your luggage and things up to your room. (They are on level A & B. ) We never had to wait long for an elevator, and most of the time we had them to ourselves. There is more than enough space to put your clothes and everything you brought in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The closets have hangers, and there are plenty of towels provided. You will need to drive to get to places, but everything is close. There is a Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart right down the street. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from. Most of them close at 10, so don’t go too late. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this condo. We will be back.
