Upon stepping into this sixth-floor condo, you'll immediately be greeted by its fresh coastal decor and new furnishings, complemented by textured tile flooring that enhances its airy ambiance.

Amazing Getaway!

The location was excellent! Despite the crowd on the summer holiday, the beachfront of our condo was not over-crowded as it was monitored throughout the day! Loved the pool amenities - especially at night with the LED lighting! The condo itself appears more spacious than the pictures. Our daughter kept repeating how comfortable the twin bed was. Location was great! Will definitely look to stay here again!

The only thing we wish we would have had is a golf cart. We are very picky on cleanliness and this place surpassed our expectations. All the kids had something to do and was a very relaxing stay for all of us.

Great Condo Overall- Needs New Mattresses

Overall we greatly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and perfect location. Our only complaint is the mattresses. The king bed was super soft but had obvious dips from people sleeping in it. The twin mattresses are super cheap- not awful but not good. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it though!

Great Place...will be back

The view was AMAZING from the bedroom and living room. It rained the first few days but we were still able to enjoy the view from our balcony. The room needed a few touch ups but was very clean. The icemaker didnt dispense ice but it wasnt an issue for us as there was always plenty of ice in freezer. Platinum Vactions was extremely helpful with any question or issue we had. Wonderful customer service!

Beachside Vacation

The overall property is a good location and a reasonable value. However, the boardwalk was being re-constructed so access to the beach was difficult (management did notify us one week before our arrival). The blender did not work (management did respond and replace ... with another blender that did not work). The master bed had the worst mattress that I have ever slept on. The "smart" thermostat was erratic (problems were overnight, not during the peak heat of the day). Master bath and closet were fantastic! TVs in every bedroom and living area. Great Gulf views. Facility had good fitness equipment and nicely updated pool. Available parking. Working elevators.

Nice property with a great view.

My husband and I rented this property for a family getaway with our adult children. The unit was clean and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The only thing I didn’t like was that for some reason the balcony access from the master bedroom was blocked. Highly recommend for couple with young children.

Beachside 1

We love staying at Beachside 1 in Sandestin. This is our second stay at this property, but the first in this particular condo. We love staying here because of the location and the beach has always been less crowded that other places. The only complaint I had was the bed in the master. The mattress was very uncomfortable. It has two big dips on each side. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here as usual!

Relaxing Family Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this property. This condo was well appointed and you can’t beat the ocean view. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it an extra day and the property manager was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again!
