This beautiful, newly redecorated, first floor condo on the bay side of Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort has a spacious deck with wonderful lake views and golf course. Enjoy relaxing on the patio with morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, patio access, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. In the guest bedroom you will find a twin and queen size bed, perfect for families traveling with kids. The guest room also has a flat screen TV and large closet. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.

Kitchen is complete with all new stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking breakfast, lunch or a wonderful dinner.

Patio dining can be enjoyed on the spacious patio that overlooks the water and golf course. Enjoy the wonderful neighborhood pool with water & golf course views.

Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside,Grayton Beach,outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

Harbour Point is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center and offers offers free parking, pool access, easy tram access, secure location, and golf views. Harbour Point, is a quiet community perfect for your family , golf or private getaway. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. The beach is a short distance (1 mile) from the condo.

Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. IF the unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.*All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.

The Golf Cart will be parked in Spot #28. Do NOT park golf cart in car spaces or you will be fined. Only park in spot #28.

Great stay !!

We stay 2 nights and even though we got one rainy day the stay made up for it!!! The view to the lake is so relaxing the patio adorable. The bed was so comfortable and the enough towels and so clean!! The beaches less than a 10min drive . We enjoy having beach chairs,water boards and the sand toys, which came so handy. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay !!!

Anniversary get away

We always enjoy staying in this location, however, this time was very noisy. Workers were yelling right outside our window the first morning well before 8, then there was an incessant beeping from another unit for 2 days, finally the last morning leaf blowing started well before 8. The location, golf cart, cleanliness were all great.

The property was perfect for our family. Perfect location/access to beach. Only issue was the sunked in flooring in the hallway area and the toilet in the master bedroom didn't flush properly. We spoke with the property manager and noted the issue. We will definitely be back!

Great location

We had a great stay. The main level is convenient. We enjoyed being able to have the use of the kitchen and prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and the extra large TV's were an added bonus. Having the golf cart was handy to get around and a must-have for easy beach parking. At the time of our stay there were a few beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. We had a great time and hope to come back soon!

In all transparency, we noticed a large dead cockroach in the bathroom floor upon arrival. However I appreciate the owner spraying for bugs and there were no other “visitors” found. I cannot say enough good things about the property. Very clean and accessible and my children had a great time with the game system and porch. Great amenities and an overall very comfortable stay! Thank you so much to the owners for a relaxing getaway.

The “association president” is not pleasant and was very disrespectful when we brought some groceries back in the golf cart, parked in our parking spot to unload and was told “you have 10 minutes!” He continues to roam the parking lot looking for “offenders"

Beautiful well equipped property!

Great property, very clean, well furnished and all the amenities that you need. The view off the porch was great and my daughter loved seeing all of the turtles in the pond next to the rental. My husband loved the use of the golf cart and there are so many amazing houses down all of the side streets to see. I loved the pool and staying on resort gives you access to all 4 pools. There is a pool nearby but another one down the street that has a great baby lol area for our 3 year old. Would definitely stay at this property again. The rental company and Tracy were very easy to work with as we had a few requests.
