Staff very helpful, beds and room quite comfortable and breakfast was hot and of great value. It is just unfortunate that there is no pool and that ee had to drive to get to the besch (and then struggle to find parking each day) but it was still a really good place to stay for the price.

Wasn’t as bad as I thought

The lady at the front was amazing, even though we did get there early. She let us in because we had drove all night. The first night everything was great, was kind of scared because I read bad reviews. The second night the vending machine was broke down. But, no biggy brought snacks anyways. The third night washed clothes and dryer was broke on both floors. I was washing my hands and the knob came off the sink handle. The rooms were clean, the rooms were small but nice. The breakfast was pretty good, the man that makes the breakfast was awesome. The dinning area was very clean and he kept everything wiped down. It has its ups and downs.

Not the best service I've received.

My stay was not the greatest but it was not terrible either. House keeping did not remove the used towels my entire stay (4 nights). I had to ask to have house keeping come in and empty the trash and the entire time, the bed and sheets were never changed while I was there. That was a first for me to not have house keeping change out the bed sheets and towels.

Just wanted to sleep or I’d left.

Late checkin. So
.. just wanted to sleep so did so for a few hours and left. Elevator broken (happens/no blame) Bath tub had water in it. Hopeful not from previous guest. Television was busted (screen crack). Sound but no picture. Just wanted to sleep so
 not a problem for me.

ay wasn't vacuumed and trash on the floor. The carpet in my room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for two months. The floor in the bathroom and near the front door looked it been swept or mopped for a long time. Hair over over the bathroom floor. Uncleaned toilet with urine under the seat at the shower was dirty. I requested that my room be cleaned, but the manager said that it couldn't be cleaned until the next day. Luckily, I bring my own cleaning supplies. I had to spray and clean the floor toilet and shower with bathroom cleaner spray and a sponge. It took me about 30 minutes to do what the cleaning staff failed to do for at least two months.

DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR

When we checked in, the hotel was nice and clean. Employees were amazing and very helpful. I came back to my room on Wednesday, after a LONG HOT day of baseball. The young man, Yash I believe was his name, seen me walk in. Anyways, got to my room. Went to lay down with my little and take a nap. But my bed was SOAKED completely through. He was great and moved us rooms. Was it a pain to move from room 2 room, (2nd floor to 3rd) yes. There was 4 of us in the room and we were there for a baseball tournament. No big deal. That evening, we went to dinner. Came back, and my room key wouldn’t work for the new room. This happened 3-4 times. From Wednesday til today. Thursday evening, we were getting things packed up, so we could pack my car since we planned to leave the next day. My daughter thought she left something in the lobby, jumped into the elevator so she could go check. My littles spotted it and tried to stop her from getting in the elevator. But it was too late. We just waited. Then it happened. I got a call. She was stuck in the elevator. On the third floor. I ran down stairs to tell Yash, who called 911. My littles were panicking. My daughter as well. She’s 17, and already dealing with anxiety and depression. She genuinely thought she was about to die. (Or at least get extremely hurt if the elevator dropped.) after 20ish minutes, the fire dept hadn’t shown up yet. But the door finally opened and she was able to get out. We called to see if we could get a later check out

Not happy with this property. They were short staffed and had several issues with their rooms. My 1st room smelled awful and the floors were wet. I was moved to a 2nd room where the remote didn’t work the tv, so I couldn’t watch tv during my stay.

Didn’t get the room I reserved and the TV was not setup correctly - screen size message to subscribe to Comfort in???? Ask for help at the desk but it was never resolved.

Frills PRICE but NO FRILLS place

King studio with Kitchenette was what was available. Not worth the price. This is a stripped down to basics place- Not near the beach, but next to highway- vibe will remind you of one of those 1960's motor lodges but without the in front of your room parking (only ONE entrance into hotel) no keyed side entrances so if you park in the back there will be hiking to lobby involved with your luggage. Full breakfast is a slight step up from continental but with the usual "plastic" type foods. At our visit the Instant Coffee machine only had the decaf side operating- and no efforts had been made to simply bring in an old fashion $40 Mr Coffee drip to accomadate weary travelers. Shave $75-100 plus off any room and your expectations may then be in better alignment to the reality of this clean serviceable spot to stay on the road to somewhere else.

Small but convenient!

Front desk workers were very attentive and helpful. The room was much smaller than it looked on the pictures. There is not much counter space in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect and this made our stay much better. This room is great for overnight but after a four day stay it gets really cramped. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!
