This Destin beach condo at Gulfside is more than just a few nicely arranged rooms-it’s a peaceful sanctuary where troubles dissipate in the calming Gulf breeze. Set directly on the white shores of the sparkling Emerald Coast, the sounds and sights of the beach below fill the whole vacation condo with a soothing ambiance. In fact, recent upgrades like a fresh dĂ©cor scheme in beach tones, new appliances and furnishings have only added to the blissful Gulf front air that Hidden Dunes Condominium 402 offers. Apart from an excellent location on the fourth floor overlooking the beach, 402 also has other perks about its interior. Flat screen TVs throughout, dining for 10 and a furnished Gulfront balcony will leave nothing lacking for a great beach getaway. Plus, the amenities that Hidden Dunes offers are simply fantastic! Several pool and spa decks, Rubico tennis courts with a full tennis shop, pickle ball and horseshoe courts, walking trails around the forested acreage and the longest stretch of deeded beach access in the area are part of Hidden Dunes appeal. Moreover, just beyond Hidden Dunes gates lies Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, restaurants and much more entertainment.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

Clean, spacious, on the beach!

We’ve been to Destin several times. We’ve stayed in different types of places in different areas. This has been our absolute favorite! The condo was super clean. Like the cleanest we’ve ever seen. The view was spectacular and it is right on the beach. The beach is clean and the chair service is perfect. We didn’t even need the tent we brought. The beach was not crowded but had just enough people for our kids to find some friends. The pool is small but is perfectly fine for the little amount of time we spent in it. The grocery store is nearby. It’s not within walking distance to any restaurants so a car is needed. Overall it was perfect and we look forward to staying here again next year.

Our lock was not working one night and Linda literally came to our rescue. She was so friendly and solution driven. We were locked out for an hour. Everyone was friendly and kind. Property very clean and up to date decor. May I suggest some extra blankets for the beds. We had to purchase a few at Target .

We have stayed at Hidden Dunes before and it never disappoints.

The property is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and has all the amenities of "home away from home." Miramar Beach is one of our favorite places and is not overcrowded like some resorts as you go west. A beautiful stretch of the panhandle. The condo was clean upon arrival and well equipped. We would stay here again. We have 3 teen daughters and they really enjoy it. Fun on the beach, quiet for their parents and all the extras for evening enjoyment.

Wonderful stay in #402 Hidden Dunes Tennis Resort

The condo has been recently updated and was beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was very clean and everything was in good working order. We loved being right on the beach, easy access and so wonderful to look out at the sand and water from our balcony. The resort was nicely landscaped and a bonus to have a large, pro-staffed tennis facility. The management company was easy to work with, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this condo.
