With 4 golf courses, tennis center, biking trails, the beach, the bay, a marina, restaurants, family activities, movie theater, and even a Publix. Everything is accessible by walking, biking, or on golf carts. Multiple pools, bike, boat, and paddle board rentals, and weekly shows including fireworks during peak season make Sandestin the number one vacation retreat in the area! It is easy to get around Sandestin from accessing the bike/walking trail behind the townhouse or taking the 6 passenger golf cart. The condo is 3 minutes from the beach or The Village of Baytown Wharf. We are 2 minutes to a resort style heated pool.
