We loved our stay at Kimberley's condo! The unit had everything that we could have needed, and I really appreciated the personal touches (throw-blankets, games, etc.) The third floor location was convenient to both the parking deck and the pool area.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Baytowne Wharf during the holidays is a favorite of ours. Condo was as promise; very clean and a great location. Communications were excellent. Plus: the parking garage is almost right outside your door. If you plan on cooking, bring supplies.

It was an awesome week in a very clean and well decorated condo. It worked out perfectly for my husband’s business trip and allowed us to bring our 4 legged kids. Very comfortable bed and the location was close to everything but yet secluded. Host was very responsive many times within moments. Hope to be able to visit again. We loved our stay at the Pilot House. Beds were extremely comfy. Having two full bathrooms was great for traveling with teen girls. The condo was very well equipped for anything you need for your stay along with beach items. Lots of great food options within walking distance. The host answered any question I had very quickly. Kim's place was very comfortable for my family of four and our pet. Pet bowls, some treats, and a pet bed were provided, which is a nice touch! This condo is steps away from shops and restaurants as well as nightly events hosted by the Village. Beach chairs are available for guests to use at the condo and the beach access is a short drive to the other side of the resort. I would recommend Kim's place to anyone visiting Sandestin.

We stay at this resort every June for a medical conference and we usually book through the resort. This time we decided to VRBO since we wanted to bring our dog. This has by far been our favorite stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The balcony was perfect. Check in was also much easier. I had only one question during the stay and the host answered my question/email within 15 minutes. I plan to go ahead and book this room again for next summer as soon as I get the dates!!

Cleanest property we have stayed in

We have been coming to Sandestin every summer for 10 years. That being said thisIs the cleanest rental we have stayed in and it’s pet friendly. The furniture was comfortable including the king sized bed, sleeper sofa, and outdoor patio furniture. This unit is very close to parking. Many of the sandestin rentals are not close to parking. With this unit you park on the second floor of the garage near the last stairwell on that level and the unit is one short flight of stairs from your vehicle. To get to Baytown from this unit you either walk across the parking garage where your car is (2nd level) or go to the other end of the hall from the rental and down the elevator to the lobby and walk across to the main Baytown entrance. The elevators for this building are on the opposite end from the condo, so keep that in mind if you have someone with limited mobility. There is a wheel chair ramp from the parking garage also if needed.The pool is beautiful it is on the third floor (it’s over the parking garage). You get to it from the elevator and it’s a little hard to find because it is not labeled. Get off the elevator take the hallway to the right and the pool will be on the left at the next hallway. The best and closest place to walk your dog is on the pool terrace. This area has green space, some concrete paths, dog poo disposal areas and dog poo bags provided by the condo association.Host Kim was wonderful about answering questions

Beautiful condo, great location

Very clean, everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and my older teens said the pullout sofa bed was even comfortable! That’s rare. Loved that we could walk out of the condo and be in the Village of Baytown. The walk to the pool wasn’t bad either.
