Enjoy stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun 1112B from this 11th-floor corner vacation rental condo during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. The photos will never do it justice. Walking into the main living space, windows line the Western gulf view and wrap around to the sliding patio doors highlighting the Southern full front gulf views! The large patio is the perfect spot to watch the dolphin play in the morning or experience a gorgeous sunset in the evening.


This condo has just undergone a complete remodel and everything is new, including the counters, flooring, furniture, and outdoor furniture. All three bedrooms contain a comfortable king size bed and the third bedroom also contains twin bunkbeds with a trundle. The living room also offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. With more than enough room for 10 guests, this vacation rental condo is perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway with friends.


With this rental, you are provided with four beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. Sunshine and Rainbows

Always a great time at the Majestic Sun. Great food at some of our favorite restraunts(Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's) as they are close. And still close to many others that we enjoy. Great weather for a fishing trip. The condo was well supplied with all that we needed to have the conveniences of home. Definetely recommend staying here.

Beach front win!

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a wonderful time. Property as described. We had a couple questions for the host and were able to get them answered immediately. We were missing a few items in the condo, and host brought them the following day which we really appreciated. Lots of space! 3 bathrooms was so nice! The beach access is so easy, right across the street. This 11th floor view was really beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen was so helpful! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great unit at Majestic Sun

I have rented multiple units over several years at the Majestic Sun in Miramar / Destin. This was hands down the best unit I have rented. It was clean, well taken care of, and the decor / furnishings were perfect to make you really feel at home at the beach! Great layout and great property. We had a family of 7 and were able to fit comfortably.

This condo worked perfectly for my family of four. Our college age daughters were thrilled they did not have to share a room. The view was breathtaking! When I couldnt find a blender for our frozen drinks the site manager had a brand new blender sent up that same morning. We felt safe and the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great Property!!

Everything was perfect! We were so happy to find beach chairs in the laundry room closet! Although there were chairs provided by the condo association, they were not very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Destin!

Beautiful condo but terrible appliances!

So first off I will start with, the decor is beautiful and that how they get you. I know when I looked at this condo I thought oh my goodness it’s beautiful and yes it is
 BUT! The stove wouldn’t turn off without being unplugged and there is a recent review that states the same thing and obviously the owner don’t care enough to fix it. VERY DANGEROUS and what a terrible owner to not keep their condo up and safe for their renters. The washer and dryer are JUNK! The washer wouldn’t rinse properly and we had to ring out all clothing. The dryer would take 2+ hours to dry a load of laundry. The bed in the room with the bunk beds squeaks so bad, it’s annoying. If you had to get up in the night you will definitely wake your little ones sleeping on the bunk beds. The light for the water on the refrigerator doesn’t work. The thermostat “says” it was on 72 and 89% humidity in the condo the whole stay, we were burning up the ENTIRE TIME. It is NOT adjustable as it is a smart thermostat and I’m assuming the owner has it locked down to be cheap and save them money. I know the rules read don’t put the thermostat below 72 but with 89% humidity it was miserable so we seen if it was adjustable and it’s definitely not. Also forewarning, apparently this condo is the last on the list to clean. We had to sit around and wait with 2 toddlers for 2 hours and couldn’t check in until 6 pm on the dot. The Destin Palms workers even said we are last on the list. (Yes, I do know it says during peak time it could be 6 but it was super inconvenient and frustrating, so I want to warn everyone that might have little ones to plan.) We have booked another condo in the Majestic Sun B and it was peak as well (4th of July week) and it was ready at 4 PM on the dot! This condo also had toothpaste squirted down the bathroom door and hair on the shower walls when we arrived. The couch is white and is very worn and dirty, it needs to be cleaned BAD. Overall the condo esthetically is really pleasing but as I mentioned above, just seems to have very poor and dangerous quality appliances. I honestly would never stay at this condo again and I hate that because we go to Destin every year. We have never had a bad experience or a problem with any other condo we have stayed in but this one.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this property. The floors would make your feet black if you walked on them without shoes, dirty wash cloth hanging on the door when we arrived, no batteries in any remotes, sheets had hair on them when pulled back, empty toothpaste bottle in the bathroom, trash under the trash can in the kitchen, stove wouldn’t turn off without being unplugged, thermostat wouldn’t go below 78, 2 of the 3 TVs were unhooked and had to be hooked back up, per the check in book we were to have 11 wristbands yet there were only 7. Location was nice however I would have expected a better experience with how much we spent.

Destin To Have Fun

This was our first time in Destin, and even though the weather was not ideal, we made the best of our stay! The condo was great, very clean, cute and convenient, with ust a short walk across the street to the beach, bars, and restaurants.
