Majestic Sun 511A is a stunning, high-end end newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, deluxe vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway or a family trip to the beach! Located on the fifth floor, this beach condo is a deluxe because it offers views of the beach and Gulf from all common areas, the private balcony, and the master suite. This vacation rental condo can accommodate up to 7 guests and is located just across from the beach! With this rental, you are provided a private parking space, two beach chairs, and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath deluxe vacation rental condo, you will find a large kitchen as well as a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the beach or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine & all the appliances needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony, and has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin bunk over, an HDTV, and access to an attached bathroom. This spacious unit conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and sleeps a total of 7.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

This was a wonderful condo. We spent a lot of time on the deck and the view of the beach was great. We would definitely stay here again. The property management company was very responsive every time i contacted them. 10 out of 10!

We had such a great stay at this condo. The place was spotless and really well cared for. The view of the ocean was incredible we loved waking up to it every morning. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, from blenders to tons of cookware, so cooking meals was super easy. It honestly felt just like home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This property was great. Great location to beach, restaurants, walking paths. This was also one of the most clean VRBO I have ever stayed at. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as well in the comfortable seating. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location

Would highly recommend staying here! We have four young kids and loved the location of this unit. The beach and pool are both right there where we could split up while someone napped. There are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. Didn’t need to drive far to get to any of the other main attractions in the area. Clean and spacious unit. Beautiful beach! We went towards the end of March and we’re very thankful for the indoor/outdoor heated pool.

Gorgeous!

Condo was beautifully decorated and so clean! The pics on here don’t do it justice. Check in is at 4 but ours was ready by 230. Has every appliance you need even an air fryer. The pool area doesn’t get a lot of sun on one side and people go down there early in the morning and put their towels on the chairs and then disappear. So if you like to layout I suggest getting down there early. Location is fantastic. Very spacious would definitely stay again if we go back to Destin.

Time to relax

We all had a good time. Unit was clean and had everything we needed while we were there. If you never have stayed at Destin, you will enjoy the room. Great sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and people watch. Only complaint was the left side of the master bed felt as if there was a dip in it. Just bad in the back- other side was fine. Also, it seems as the years go by, the check in times get later and later. A whole day is shot waiting to check in. This year it wasn’t until after 530 that we got the text that room was ready.

The master bedroom was wonderful. The smaller bedroom was nice too. The views from the balcony were magnificent. We really liked that the balcony was very large. We did encounter three issues. 1) the main balcony door jams at times 2) the sofabed also got jammed and was hard to open. 3) we had a major issue with one of the mattresses, which was addressed within hours of our reporting. Even with these issues, we had a wonderful stay in this unit and I would highly recommend it.

Overall, very nice!

We had a great stay at this condo! The check in process was a little challenging. They said it would be ready at 4pm, and it wasn't. When I asked for codes, they did give them to me, and when we got to the condo (after 4), it was still being finalized by an inspector. Not a problem, we got in, and it was clean. The communication is prompt which is nice. The only negative I would say is no beach towels; we have stayed at other rentals and they have always included towels for the beach (disclosure, they say no beach towels, it wasn't a surprise, but I'm not packing towlels in already full luggage). There was an elevator down which made for long waits to get up and down, not the fault of this condo, but the chance you take with a high rise. We had what we needed, the views were great, and it was a fun trip!

The girls were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom away from the parents. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't come home with a pile of dirty laundry. The unit had 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that we were able to use on the beach. The pools and hot tubs were great. The heated pool was a bonus. The patio was set up perfectly to watch the amazing sunsets every night. Bad *** coffee was just a short walk away and was taken advantage of most mornings. The beach bar was a short walk away and a great place for sunsets. Whales Tail has a great afternoon happy hour. If you're looking for a little longer walk, Pompano Joe's is about a mile. Overall, the condo was great (could use a few more spoons, though) It was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely return!

Nice place, but expensive for what we got

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was overall pretty nice. It could have used a little better upkeep, such as a coat of paint on the cabinets, slow drains, the sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to lock/unlock and slide open, and the glass and mirrors had a film on them that needed cleaned it. The kitchen has some cooking items, however their pots and pans were not adequate. There was no 12” skillet, and one of the other skillets had a crusty layer that I didn’t want to cook on. No kitchen shears and no dishes or containers that had lids. The did have a toaster, crock pot, blender and coffee maker, which was nice. Things were overall pretty clean, just not quite to our own likings. It would have been no problem to tidy things up to our satisfaction, however there were no basic cleaning supplies. Nothing to clean the glass, sweep the floor in case of a spill, and nothing for the marble counter tops. I will say that once a few things were mentioned, management tried to remedy the problem in a very timely manner. It would have been nice if some more basic supplies would have been provided to make our stay comfortable, however we felt it was a nice place in a great location. The only other thing to consider when booking is that the pool is relatively small considering how big the entire building is. It seemed very crowded and was difficult to even find a chair at times.
