First off, great location just off the beach. Good room sizes. The balcony in the evening was beautiful. You can see the water/beach directly, so you know what the waves and beach conditions are. Elevator was a plus, if a little smelly and slow.That said, these items can quickly be addressed:The rooms were dusty. Under the beds and the plants.There is a smell of mold in the bath.The comforters for the bed were little more than a thick sheet. They should provide better linens. New showerheads needed so you can wash out the tub sand or themselves. One bathroom sink didn't drain. Sliding glass door needs the latch fixed and to be lubed. Filter in the fridge needs to be replaced.All the pillows were down, which affects allergy sufferers. .One bedroom room really didn't have a dresser, just a couple tiny half-drawers that already had items in them. Replacing the desk with a dresser would be very helpful.Positives:Ice maker was clean and effective. Provided coffee, towels, soaps, trash bags, etc. were appreciated. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups/glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. Dishwasher worked, if pretty noisy. Same for washer/dryer. TV/Internet were up to par.Interactions with management were pleasant and mostly were timely responses, especially on the weekend. Hospitality app was helpful and management emails were useful, however some notifications still had a [fill in the blank] where info was supposed to be shown.
