Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Location location location

Great location, right across the street from Public access to the beach. Walkable distance to Pompano Joe’s, which by the way is delicious. Property slightly worn, the clean and had a great space. The master bathtub could definitely use a touchup.I would’ve loved to have had a table out on the deck, but the chairs were comfy. Warning if you go out early in the morning and it’s a hot day those chairs might be very hot. The beds definitely hard, but I still slept great. Having the carport is great to be able to keep your car cool.Wi-Fi worked great TVs were wonderful. We logged into our apps that we wanted to use.I would definitely not hesitate to stay in the same property. It is also nice being that it is an end unit. You don’t have neighbors on both sides, even though we never heard the people next-door.The pool is very basic, but clean and great to crew off in.The dumpster for the garbage took us a while to find, it is down at the end of the building, heading away from the beach hidden kinda to the side of the building not an easy find.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We had an amazing trip! This was our first trip to miramar and this was a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again. The property was conveniently located, had plenty of room, and even had a little bit of a view from the balcony. We wish we could have had a couple more nights we had such a good time. Only room for improvement i would say would be better shades because the rooms get HOT from big windows. And the bed was a little too firm. (Really not a big deal maybe you prefer it that way). But even with that we would definitely come back and recommend this property. Oh and super responsive team for any questions or concerns.

Convenient Costa Vista

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 8 people, and the condo provided plenty of space for all of us to stay comfortably. The layout is spacious, and the rooms were well-maintained and clean, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.One of the best aspects of this property is its location. Just a short walk to the beach, we had easy access to the beautiful sand and water. It was ideal for our group since we could spend the day at the beach and quickly head back to the condo for a break.We had everything we needed and we enjoyed time at the pool.Overall, Costa Vista #9 is a fantastic place to stay for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in Miramar Beach. We had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend it for large groups or families!
