Tranquility

perfect view of dunes, ocean and moonlight on the water! Dolphins swam by every morning while we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony. Second visit in this condo and planning another visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Beachside 1. The condo was in excellent condition when we arrived. May is the perfect time for a vacation because the water was clear and the beach was not crowded. Our family would love to stay in this condo again. Everyone at Sandestin was very nice and helpful.

Fall Vacation 2024

We loved our unit it was very clean and comfortable. The recliner arm was loose, but it didn't bother us. We had other options for seating. The walk-in shower was so nice. The view, pool, and location are perfect. Because of hurricane Helene coming in, they took the pool chairs and umbrellas up and said the parking lot would flood with heavy rain, so we decided to leave a day early. We will be back and pray 🙏 there isn't damage from the storm.

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at the Sandestin Resort. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the view was spectacular! Close to shopping and food too. So many things to do in the area, but we mostly liked relaxing at the beach and resort property.

Everything was wonderful except there were no extra sheets or blankets in the condo and the beds a hard. But other than that great stay!

Great Place - But!

Pros - The condo was nice.. Great decor, Comfortable and the View was Perfect!! Cons - We tend to have to work a little while we are on vacay and the internet was slow and wouldn't connect most of the time. The amenities were not included in our stay, so be prepared to pay extra for beach chairs and any of the other amenities they say you have access too. The service at the beach club was beyond awful, per my wife and her friend.
