We are super excited to begin having guests stay at our newly renovated guest space. This super clean, 1 bedroom 1.5 bath Condo is perfect for couples needing a romantic getaway or families seeking an escape from the every day hustle and bustle of city life. With it's comfortable furniture and decor throughout you are sure to enjoy your stay the moment you set foot inside. Not only will you enjoy cable television but there are Roku TV’s in the living room and bedroom where you can access Netflix, HBO+, Prime Video, Disney+ and Hulu. All are available for you to sign into your favorite streaming services. This Condo sleeps 4.
Our condo has modern furnishings and is filled with all the comforts of home. From the comfortably appointed living area to open dining area, you will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee makers (regular and Keurig), toaster, and a blender. You and your guest will also be connected with high speed Wi-Fi that's included at no charge. Free Washer and dryer available in the condo.
Parking onsite is included. Our condo is on the second level with your choice of an elevator or stairs nearby.

This non-smoking condo will provide the perfect setting for an unforgettable beach vacation. You will enjoy a short 3 minute walk from your front door to the most beautiful sugary white sand beach. Maravilla is in a great location perfect for all day beach play, or taking in a bike ride on “Beach Road.” Maravilla Resort is a gated community that has plenty of amenities ~ such as, elevators, two pools ~one beachfront (Gulf Coast view) just steps to the beach and the other near the clubhouse, hot tub is heated year round, clubhouse, fitness center, dog walks, two free tennis courts, private beach for Maravilla guests with free beach equipment (umbrella and 2 chairs from March to October weather permitting), outdoor grilling areas, shuffle board, two charcoal grilling areas, basketball goal and beach volleyball.



The bedroom has a large flat screen TV and is set up to sleep two on a King size hotel luxury mattress and includes a full bath with a tub/ shower combination.


Start every morning on the balcony while you enjoy the ocean breeze. Have your coffee while you watch the sun rise.

This condo is equipped with a keyless lock system that makes check-in a breeze, no keys necessary.

To make a long story short, it's a great vacation destination or a perfect home away from home for the winter months for those snow birds that like the warmth of a southern winter. We will consider monthly rentals for our snow birds November - February.
