This beach and golf villa at 721 Sandpiper Drive located in Sandpiper Village is convenient, peaceful, and perfectly located on the bayside of The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The beautiful beaches of the Resort are a short tram or golf cart ride away. Our villa is surrounded by water and convenient to the tennis facility, fitness center, marina, miles of walking trails, 2 swimming pools, the award-winning Village at Baytowne Wharf, and resort golf courses.

Our 4 bedroom/3 bath villa is ready for your next vacation, accommodating up to nine guests comfortably. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a large and fully equipped kitchen complete with a variety of cookware, dishes and a microwave oven. The dining area offers plenty of seating. The living room is open and offers comfortable seating with a HDTV.

Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms offer kings bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. Whether you are visiting the Resort for the beach, fishing, golfing, bicycling or tennis, you will find everything right at your fingertips!
