Family Gathering

Our family enjoyed staying in this condo. Plenty of space to be together. Bathrooms were decent sized. Showers had excellent water pressure. We loved the bedroom that had its own mini kitchenette. Kitchen and dining area size was a bit small for our group of 10. Very convenient location to see ocean, bay, and nightly fireworks far away. Elevators can get pretty congested during peak hours. We were able to walk to restaurants and a few shops nearby.

This condo is very nice and roomy! It is on the 14th floor so that part was hard for my mother who is bothered by heights. It is a very beautiful view of you are not bothered by heights though!! Loved our stay!!

We had a great experience at Surfside. The location and beach is optimal. The services were great on the beach side. Check in was a bit odd. We got a text for an early checkin but the desk attendant basically said she was hiding in back until 4pm, so we had to wait a few minutes to actually check in. Our condo was roomy and well appointed. It could use a remodel/refresh but the set up was great for our group. The property management company was easy to work with and very responsive. All around great vacation!

Good place, but needs some updating

Come: Patio door lock was warped and could not be closed. Probably not a problem for most, but leaks air all day. Plus we were in some pretty bad storms that were made worse by the whistling of wind through the gap in the door. For children under 6 we needed to hide a lot of “decorations” that were perfect height or within reach of children. Also, not tub for little ones. Bathroom fans don’t work well, middle one especially sounds like it’s on its last leg. Pans in kitchen are NOT free of sticking. The whole 4pm checkin is a bit too stringent. No ramp down to beach. Only assessable through a large stair case! Seaweed was awful. Sauna was out of order (I love saunas). Pros: Appliances are nice. Air conditioning works well. Plenty of space. Nice beds. Great views. Wonderful restaurant downstairs. Great beach bar across the street. Perfect location! Friendly hosts and staff. Great amenities. Priced right for what you get.

New Years Vacation Rental

My family and I had a very enjoyable time while staying in this condo. Everything was clean and in great condition. The panoramic views of both the Gulf and Bay were spectacular. The condo was very spacious and had a fantastic floor plan. It easily accommodated my entire family, while also giving us plenty of "elbow room". Thanks for providing a great vacation experience.

Perfect Spot on the Emerald Coast

This property was just as advertised. It had three bedrooms, each with a bath. The layout seems to be a combination of a one bed and a two bed unit, and that just adds to the total available space. The views of the Gulf are gorgeous, and the private beach access is a plus. A short walk to the beach on the bridge over the strip provides stunning sunset views in the afternoon, enhanced by the cool bar just below the bridge on the Gulf side. The location was perfect to reach shopping, restaurants, and other local attractions. We also found the property manager to be a super communicator, proactively checking on us and responding quickly to questions. We will seek this property again on our next trip to Miramar Beach.

This was located in a great location. It was close to the outlet mall and we came to shop! The room was not cleaned very well. We found items in the nightstands and clothes under one of the beds. The water pressure seemed low but that could have been due to construction. Plenty of room and gorgeous views!

Perfect for 2 families of 4

The two master suites make it perfect for two sets of parents. Also because we booked the 3 bedroom, 4 beach chairs and umbrellas came with the rental. Just make sure you get up early to go down to claim your resort chairs.
