Large wrap around balcony with great views of the gulf sunrises & sunsets. Beautiful penthouse condo well appointed, super clean and comfortable. Great beach access and we used the golf kart to go out to dinner and shop. Definitely going to come back and stay again.

The building itself is very nice. Heated pool(late March)The beach is perfect and had plenty of space, very nice setup for kids.The unit was very nice and had a lovely view. Clean. Extra beach chairs/umbrellas/beach toys/boogie board for kids. Along with kitchen necessities, we took advantage of the onsite grill.We did have an issue with the listing, there was no golf cart available despite a golf cart in the title with multiple pictures selling this lovely looking golf cart. The owner said it was an "amenity" and didn't need to be provided, very weak indeed.The management company did their best to accommodate but we were notified very late, little to no good alternatives available(spring break). In any case, it didn't hamper our time but it was just a huge bummer for the kids. If you can get a different place with a golf cart, go for it, it will be much more convenient to get around to nearby shopping centers, etc..

This condo checks all the boxes! The views are spectacular from both inside and the balcony where you can see from the East all the way to the West and over to the bay. I particularly loved being able to watch the sunset over the ocean while showering! Some reviews mention the master bedroom being warm, but the ocean views make up for this! Closing the drapery and shades during the day helps combat the heat. The condo is beautifully decorated and accommodated all our needs. If you’re picky about your bed pillows, I recommend bringing your own. Aside from that, our vacation was perfect and we look forward to returning next year!

Westwinds - Miramar Beach

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning and the bedroom setup was perfect for us (grandparents), our daughter and her husband and their kids. The only issue we had was the carpet in the middle bedroom was wet when we arrived. It appears to have been cleaned, but had not dried out. We had to put a towel down, otherwise your feet/socks would get wet entering or exiting the bedroom.

Beautiful condo- customer service lacking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and clean. All beds comfy I was in touch with Vacation Haven staff all day getting updates for an early check in. When we finally got a code, the condo owner and her family were inside, said our check-in was not for another day? Not sure why staff was updating me on cleaning when the condo was occupied. We waited for about 3 hours in the hall for them to vacate and the cleaning crew to come. GOLF CART needed service and staff told me it would be returned by end of day. Turns out it wasn’t even picked up for four days and we were without it until Thursday afternoon. I couldn’t rent one or borrow one due to policies. The lack of the golf cart was a huge disappointment. Top it all off with intermittent elevator failures.

Overall we were happy with the outcome of the stay. The only thing that was a big inconvenience was the lack of sofa bed. Pros: Location location location. View. WiFi good. Appliances and space very good. It’s a beautiful space and with 8 women, it never felt crowded. Cons: online description says sofa bed. There is no sofa bed. Towels are full of lent and get on everything. Had to reboot surge protector to get tv on and tv is very slow. Wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Tell Housecleaner to check the inside of the master toilet door. I’m not sure what it is on the bottom of door, but needs to be cleaned off. Master bed may need to be turned or flipped. Head feels lower than legs. Not a con of condo but building: It’s under a good bit of construction so areas are restricted and workers around. I’m sure this is temporary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental property was a perfect spot for my family. Great access to the beach and pool with amazing views from our wrap around deck. The only small disappointment was the management company and some ants in the unit. The rental company reached out a day into our visit to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. I simply let them know we had an ant problem in the kitchen, which they took care within an hour or so, and asked if they provided more than two kitchen garbage bags. While they took care of the ants, they called back to let us know they wouldn’t be providing any more garbage bags. This is absolutely not a big deal just found it funny that they asked if there was anything they could do to improve our stay and I said, yeah, we could use a couple more garbage bags. They replied, we won’t be doing that. I was like why even ask the question if you can’t muster up the $1 to provide a couple more garbage bags when we spent over 4K on the unit for 6 days. Just found this interesting and not a great display of good customer service.

Hands down, THE BEST!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful home, spectacular views

The expansive balcony is unmatched. Views of the emerald waters for miles with dolphin and other marine life sightings. The unit is incredibly spacious with high-end designer details and fun, unique artwork. Absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful View and Spacious

The property management team is excellent as always ... Vacation Haven is top notch. The condo was extremely clean. The furniture is eclectic and good quality.. art is amazing. Westwinds is a great place to stay and we stay there every year ... this was our first time in this condo. The roominess in this condo is amazing ... the master suite is beautiful . I would only add more towels and probably better linen but I understand why you might not ... not all renters are good stewards of property. It was a beautiful and fun stay and we really Enjoyed coming back to this beautiful condo after a day on the beach ... with the huge wrap around balcony and expansive views. There were 7 of us and it was just perfect ... no crowding. Would stay here again for sure !

WOW!! Incredible Unit and Views!!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Westwinds Penthouse with family friends. WOW!! Views are incredible! The wrap-around deck overlooking the beach is spectacular with beautiful views of the sunset! The unit was spotless and well decorated! It has everything you could need for an extended vacation! We loved the kitchen and the open floor plan! Perfect for families or couples! And the Westwind amenities are first class. Pools, poolside bar, private beach access with umbrellas....it can't be beat! An absolutely incredible vacation!! Five days wasn't enough!! Can't wait to come back next year!!

Very disapointing

I had been looking at this condo for a couple of years. Finally decided to book it. It is beautiful and laid out so nicely. Pots and pans are horrible. Master bed matress is extremely uncomfortable. Besides that, it was a good stay, but not worth the money for a bad night sleep.
