Surrounded by local beach shops, shoreline restaurants, and scenic walking paths, guests enjoy easy access to everything Miramar Beach has to offer, while still savoring the peaceful charm Frangista Beach is known for. With 4,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this home comfortably accommodates up to 32 guests, making it ideal for large families, group vacations, reunions, and multi-family beach getaways.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar seating five—perfect for morning coffee or evening appetizers.



The kitchen flows seamlessly into the expansive living and dining areas, designed for gathering and connection. Enjoy ample seating in the living room with a 60” flat-screen TV, plus two glass-top dining tables that comfortably seat 16 guests—because beach dinners should never feel cramped. A first-floor King Suite with private bath provides convenient main-level accommodations, along with a centrally located half bath. First floor sleeps 2 guests.



Second Floor: King Suites & Balcony Access: The second level features four beautifully appointed King Suites, each with a private bathroom. Two suites offer direct balcony access, while the remaining two include custom-built bunk beds, making them ideal for families traveling with children. Bright, cheerful accents and thoughtful layouts create restful spaces you’ll look forward to returning to after a sun-soaked beach day. A large second-floor balcony overlooks the private pool, adding another relaxing outdoor retreat. Second floor sleeps 16 guests.



Third Floor: Game Room & Bunk Suites: Designed for fun and flexibility, the third floor is a favorite for kids, teens, and the young at heart. This level includes: King Suite with private bath and balcony access, Two custom bunk rooms (one sleeping 6, the other sleeping 10). The spacious game and entertainment room features four sofas, dual 60” flat-screen TVs, a PlayStation 5, wet bar, miniature shuffleboard, and a poker table—perfect for movie nights and friendly competition. Step outside to the third-floor deck and enjoy elevated views and fresh coastal breezes. Third floor sleeps 18 guests.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, 12 luxurious, oversized beach towels will be including during your stay with Beach Reunion at Hollywood & Divine.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, mid May - mid August annually. Service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

*Tents/Canopies are not permitted on the private beach. This home has beach access only at the Hollywood street entrance.*

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.

* PARKING: Space for 7 vehicles.

* Weddings/Events –Weddings and events require Walton County permits, prior approval from Beach Reunion, and a $750.00 event fee.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum.

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire home! When booking a vacation stay with us here at Beach Reunion, guests have access to the entire vacation home. The only shared amenities will be the private beach access for the community.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe`s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 5 staff members. We have 3 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.



Interaction with Guests:

Our office is open 7 days a week with someone in daily from 9 AM to 5 PM CT. We do have the availability to be texted so you are sure to always reach one of us here at the office during your stay!



We have an after hours emergency line as well for true emergent situations at your home that can dispatch maintenance or the proper caretakers for your situation.
