We traveled from West Virginia and was very pleased to find everything we needed to get cleaned up and relax from such a long trip without having to immediately unload all of our belongings as soon as we got there. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The whole house was very nice; we enjoyed everything.

Okay house, amazing area.

The area is amazing! The house was dirty, I had to clean before my stay, the cleaning crew did not clean floors or coffee spills in kitchen. The description online listed reserved chairs on the beach and a hot tub when we booked, but those things were not included, disappointing, but host said it was an error on VRBOs behalf. The host was quick to respond to questions. Not as carefree as I'd had hoped for vacation, but we still had an amazing time at the beautiful beach and walking everywhere.

Great location, Great host, close to food/shopping

Overall, the property was good. Great location, safe neighborhood, and close to restaurants / shopping. The host was responsive, pleasant, and easy to contact. We did have an issue with the furnace (no heat) when the morning temps were around 34degrees for 2 days. She was quick to respond and arranged for some space heaters to be dropped off for our use until the furnace was fixed. The place is well used.. the one couch could use and update. Also, the kitchen utensils need some attention. There was no ice maker as listed. The porch smelled a bit musty, so unless you had all the windows open, it was not great to sit out there.The whole house could use a through cleaning (some walls, fan blades...) but the kitchen, bath and floor surfaces were OK.

Great location

We enjoyed the house. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is due to the lack of kitchen supplies. I was a bit shocked when there was not even a single roll of paper towels. Over all we loved it and will book again in the future and plan ahead for cooking/cleaning supplies.

Spacious home in a great location!

We really loved having all the space for 4 adults and 2 children. The quick 5ish minute walk to the beach was great! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any question I had. The only things to note would be there were no paper towels, wet swiffer pads or vacuum so it was hard to keep up with all the sand. We would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Not pleased at all.

Host had our names and ages before checking in. When we got to the home on Thursday at 4pm getting access was fine. We walked in put our stuff down and looked around. We ended up leaving to take the kids to the beach and to get something to eat. We got back home around 10pm and got ready to the take showers And realized that there were only 4 sets of towels for everyone in the house. We had to go to Walmart to purchase rags, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Usually the host would leave you with one fresh new roll of paper towels and a fresh new roll of toilet tissue but we didn’t have either. I decide to go ahead and wash or clothes from earlier and during the second wash. The washer machine broke. I notified the host at 3am that the washer machine stopped working and she said she would come by between 7:30am and 8am Friday morning which was fine. Friday morning she tries to figure out what was wrong with it saying that we couldn’t put to many clothes in the washer as a previous family put to many clothes in there and messed it up. She said she did have signs on the washer machine (which are not in any of the photos she posted) to not put to many clothes in there. We had 15 items in the washer and the heaviest one was a beach towel. She watched as I rung out our clothes to put them in the drier so there wasn’t a lot in there. No washer our entire stay and had to go to laundromat. Will not be back and all we got was a sorry for the inconvenience. Had to keep it short.

Convenient and cozy location.

To give an idea of our group. We had a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids. The house spacious enough to where the adults could relax while the kids played with each other but the main thing was our walk to the beach. I can not get over how small of a walk it was to the private beach. Literally 7 mins from the house, and with all 4 kids six years old and younger it wasn't a hassle at all. Our host was great! We've never been to Miramar and we didn't know what was around so she sent us links and answered all of our questions patiently, and always responded in a timely manner. We all agreed that when we come back to Miramar that we'd be renting with this host again.

Perfect Location

Id like to start by saying the condo was very clean and the location was perfect! The beach access was a quick walk away and even had parking. We were lucky to have a space to park almost each day wgich helped tremendously because i have POTS. The pool is literally at the end of the street and is very private, most days we had it all to ourselves. There is not a TV in the bunk room but that was okay with our kids, they enjoyed the space. The shower is small on the master bedroom but the attached Florida room that has air conditioning was wonderful! We had an Alvins right within walking distance. I wish there were more dishes and untensils in the kitchen. There is only one small cookie sheet, no ice cream scoop or pizza cutter and just enough dishes for about 10 people for one meal so if you plan on cooking in you will have to do dishes each meal. The refrigerator had some issues and needed to have the coils clean but the host came right over and brought a cooler full of ice to help out which was great! She was great to communicate with and to respond. We recommend this place!

Beal & Love Family Vacation

This place was a home away from home, it was nice and clean. The house was so beautiful it was like it was posted online. The owner/ Host was everything we needed. We called, texted and send messages she answered within minutes. She made us feel so very welcome. Before we even went she always stayed in touch with me. I would recommend this rental property to anyone.

Great Place!

The house was nice and really close to the beach and the Host was amazing. She came over when the router went out after a storm and rebooted; she sent us an item we had left. Overall great place. Plan ahead and bring any kitchen items you need or utensils if you have more than 6
