Located in the heart of popular Miramar Beach is your next gulf front vacation destination-Huntington by the Sea 306! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has just been completely renovated and can accommodate 7 guests. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from not only the living room but your master bedroom, as well. Lounging on the balcony and taking in the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico is sure to make you smile. The master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom also has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and a full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. The couch provides a queen sleeper and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. You and your guests may choose to sit at the large dining table that seats 6 or lounge at the kitchen bar that has 4 seats.

Although it’s hard to tear yourself away from this spectacular view, you can always take advantage of the complexes amenities which include a beautiful pool (heated Jan 15- Apr 15), grilling area, private beach access, and this unit comes with 2 complimentary chairs plus an umbrella (March 1st through November 25th). It’s truly hard to find many buildings that give the private relaxing feel of a low-density condo like Huntington by the Sea! Close by, you’ll find plenty to enjoy in Miramar Beach, Destin, and Santa Rosa Beach. You can visit Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or take a scenic drive down historic 30a. There’s ample dining and shopping opportunities close by as well as several meticulously manicured golf courses. Great stay

We loved the unit. Exactly like the photos. Beach chairs were included with the unit. Doors to bedrooms were a bit sticky. Screens in master would rattle in the wind, but easily fixed with a paper towel. We really enjoyed ourselves in this recently renovated unit.

Favorite new spring break location

Our family took our first trip to Destin for spring break and absolutely loved the condo as well the location. The room was everything we needed and clean. We loved waking up on the beach and listening to the waves all night. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. The deck was great and we had a fantastic time there!

We thought the property was clean, its our favorite location. We love that it is right by the elevator. The updates were nice. Nicely decorated. We felt it was well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It appears from other reviews that I read you all have made changes based on the reviews And that is great. The couple simple suggestions I would make is a full length mirror in the master and some coat hangers in both closets. Lastly, the beds are horrible in both rooms. They are all 3 supger saggy. None of us slept well while there. Also, the pillows in the master need replaced. Unfortunately, because of this we wouldn't stay here again unless they are replaced. and thaten

This is our fourth time to stay at Huntington by the Sea and we love it! The beach service is wonderful! The pool is nice! There is plenty of room for my family of 5 in the condo. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!

Air issues

Our air was not working properly on the 2nd day- we called and later that day a man came up to have a look ( I assume maintenance) - he tried to clean the line, this was unsuccessful so we called again the next day - this time we got what I assume was a air condition man ( he looked about 20 but was very nice- he just said it was broken and he would let management know- although they brought a couple of fans - I thought maybe they could have offered a another room for the last night

Perfect spot

The facility is immaculately clean. Located on a quiet area with quick access to restaurants and golf. The condo is one of the more spacious units we have stayed in. The place was VERY clean and comfortable. Communication with our liaison Donna wa excellent. She responded immediately even on the weekend. This is a perfect place for a beach getaway or a golf outing.

Great property, the construction was just more than we had expected. We would reconsider if ever staying again during construction..... some areas were actually not safe for the kids. The beach and weather were amazing!
