Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Property(room) was nice,major hassle getting in and basically no communication on site with property management!Experienced someone parking in our spot and someone from another state on the phone at 9 at night felt it was my responsibility to call a tow truck to hang it removed, not the responsibility of the paying customer!overall nice room but alot of frustrations for a vacation!

Close to the beach

When looking online it is hard to see exactly how far it is from the beach. We were in building E and literally it was one short block walk across street to beach. Nice pool, loved that it was heated since the weather can be iffy in March.

Amazing Stay! Recommend!

We didn’t know that you don’t necessarily need to check in, just have to log into their website with your email and date of arrival and they give you your door code. But it was very clean, no roaches, great location! We had a blast!

Not too bad of a room

The condo itself was excellent!! The only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable, it squeaked when you move in the bed. The neighbors above us were extremely noisy. It was like children running back and forth and then jumping up and down. You could not sleep in. The big pull out bed frame at the top was broken. The elevator didn’t work the first day. Also there was a spot on the balcony that had a very soft spot.

Would never stay here again! They have bugs!!

The pictures online are very deceiving. They don’t tell you the truth about the parking if you have more then one car coming. It is not around the block parking. You should bring a bike or a scooter to get to your extra car that’s how far it is. The unit we stayed in had cockroaches!! Yep cockroaches. It was so nasty. They came out to lay traps down and then left our door to our unit unlocked. And then said they would be back on Monday to do a real treatment. Well this was Saturday when I called them and we checked in Friday at 4pm. Then no one showed up Monday. I had to call them and then they came out with a spray bottle you buy at Walmart talk about a real treatment.. I was told it was from the hot weather. I don’t buy that. I travel all the time and I have never stayed in a place that had bugs
 so bad
.. oh and do not expect the splash pad to be working either like the pictures show online because it does not work.

Upon arrival with our 2 car family, the property only accommodates 1 vehicle. While trying unload both vehicles, someone was constantly checking for parking passes. Not very welcoming or friendly for family members who struggle to walk and young children. The 2nd car had to be parked in a parking lot several blocks away and pay an additional $30 a day! We killed several roaches and our youngest child picked up a trap when we arrived. Which confirmed they have an issue with roaches. The sink also had issues draining. The property was in a nice location, great pool, and not far from the beach, but unfortunately we will not be returning to this property.

Great Beach Getaway

Nice and cozy two bedroom condo with all the amenities. Owner even left convenient cooking and baking supplies to enjoy our Thanksgiving away from home! Great location and ease of access to the beach made this a wonderful place to stay.

Great location but needs some maintenance:

We really enjoyed our stay overall due to location and we felt safe with the gated community. The pool was amazing but we were sad the splash pad wasn't working. The condo itself was good for our family of four but you can hear everything from the people above you. The queen bed is very loud but comfortable and that room itself could use a king bed. The AC unit was also very loud every time it went off. There were little things like the towel rack is coming off the wall and some of the remotes wouldn't work. The art work was a little much and the condo could use more hooks for towels and a shoe mat by the front door.

Our trip

Overall we enjoy staying at Alerio, this was our 3 rd time. The unit was ok but could have been cleaned better, the furniture is dirty and floor was dirty. Master bedroom bed was noisy, it made noise with every toss and turn. The ceiling fan in master had to be turned off as well due to a constant clicking sound. I would not rent this unit again, location is great though.
