Located in Beachside II on the 6th floor in Sandestin Âź, this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled beachfront condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. This is one of the few "studio style" setups that offers a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience.

Amenities include a pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, shopping, dining, kids activities, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center.

Beachside II BEACHFRONT high rise at SandestinÂź Golf and Beach Resort, offers incredible amenities and is considered to be truly the best of the beach. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the exciting experience of scenic 30A.

Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside,Grayton Beach,outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

Spring/Summer: Enjoy tropical beaches, area fun, extended restaurant and shopping hours, water sports rentals.

We had a great stay, despite the very crowded beach!

Beach was very crowded and hard to find a spot on the beach due to all of the Sandestin chairs and umbrellas set up.

Great location for short stay..

Great location for two people looking for a short stay. Great beach views from 6th floor balcony, easy access to beach, variety of quality restaurants, shopping and minimal traffic. Only one negative, and I mean the only negative was the small bathroom and shower areas. Despite that we’d stay again.

This was a great property. Would definitely rent it again. The kitchen was nicely supplied. One suggestion would be to have king sized pillows on the king sized bed, but everything was great!

Definitely a Great Place to Stay!

Newly reno'd, well appointed, nice bed, very clean, good location. Only missing a couple of items I'm sure owners will soon add. Main thing needed is a place to place soap in the shower! Would recommend to all and I'm picky!

Relaxing on the Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in a Sandestin condo right on Miramar beach. The ocean water was crystal clear and the weather was perfect. Our condo was newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. We will definitely revisit this location again!

Winter getaway

Enjoyed our stay and visit with friends in Miramar. The gated complex is perfectly located and the beach is beautiful. The room was perfect for our short stay (there are no dressers and limited closet space) and we had a great view of the gulf. You do have to make sure the door locks behind you, we had a little difficulty with it and the balcony door as well. We enjoyed our getaway!

We loved this studio. We woke up with a view of the beach and it was so nice. The owner was readily available. Beach umbrella and chair saved us money from rental of umbrella which is a substantial costs. We will try to stay at this condo on our next visit

It was very nice , only thing it is one big room, it is for a studio . The pictures show a different look making it look separated out into separated rooms . Other than that it is a great spot .

Great place!

This condo is excellent for a couple. More than that would be tight. It was clean but the bathroom could use a little work. (At least something to put shampoo and soap on in the shower)But having said that the location and view made any small shortcomings absolutely worth it!! The management company was really on the ball and quick with responses to all questions. Recommend? 100%.
