This is not your usual shotgun floor plan.
A recently remodeled condominium, where you will enjoy a relaxing and stress free vacation.

Sit on the spacious private balcony for your morning coffee, watch the Amazing Sunrises and watch the many Dolphins swim by in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

You want to see a beautiful sunset/sunrise? You’re challenged to find another as beautiful as the ones you will experience in Destin Florida! All the while sitting on your own balcony without a single care of the daily “grind”. (Each room allows for entry onto the balcony without disturbing any other occupants in the unit.)

This unit sleeps 6/8 people confortably.
It is a 2bdrm/2ba unit, including a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with a large lighted closet & a makeup area, and a connecting bathroom with a walk in shower. All lines are supplied. The Master Bedroom closet has a safe in it a $50.00 REFUNDABLE key deposit is included in the REfUNDABLE reservation/damage deposit.

The guest room has two full beds with a large closet
and its own connecting bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. AllLinens are supplied.


There is a dining room, kitchen, and a breakfast area and a snack bar with a view of the gulf. The living room has two chairs, the dining room table seats six, with an additional 2 seats in the breakfast area of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the linens are supplied. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own flat screen TV with a DVD/CD players in the bedrooms and an iPod player in the living room.
The bedrooms and breakfast area has ceiling fans.

Need to wash that beach wear? Sure! This unit is equipped with its own washer and dryer.

In case you can’t completely get away, this unit boasts wireless internet at no additional charge. Fiber Optic

About Surfside
Surfside Resort has inside air conditioned hall corridors and outside covered parking.

Located on the first floor of the resort are several amenities. Hair Salon and a Spa
A fitness room provides any individual the opportunity to continue with their workout schedule. Hungry, how about the on-site restaurant, Royal Palm Grille It caters to being family friendly with several menu items, ranging from seafood to hamburgers.

How about an afternoon cocktail beside the heated pool, and 2 hot tubs. There is also a Bathhouse by the pool with sauna's, showers. and bathrooms.
The Tiki Bar outside by the pool serves food and drinks, weather permitting.

Sports enthusiast will love the outside tennis and basketball courts, with a sauna to aid those aching pains. There is plenty of room to sunbathe with a large sun deck out by the pool and hot tubs.

Watch gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from Surfside's legendary Beach Tower with picnic tables while you sip your morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage.

Awesome Vacation

The photos of the condo don't do it any justice. The whole condo was immaculate. Just 2 of us so we only slept in the king bed and it was very comfortable. The views off the balcony were amazing. Millie was extremely easy to work with and she replied to my text very quickly. I made an error with our reservations and she was very kind and receptive to helping me. Our next vacation to destin, which may be soon, will definitely be to stay in one of Millies units. Thanks Millie, you made our vacation that much more enjoyable

Renting this unit was very easy. No check in when we arrived, only a parking pass.

We did have an issue getting our parking pass from front desk. Millie Lusco was on it immediately but the fact is, we never got one. It didn't ruin our trip. Love love loved everything about the condo.

The host is what makes this property even better !! She called the day after I booked and is the nicest and booking and staying here is so easy . The view is amazing directly off your balcony you can see the ocean and it is stunning. The beach is a few steps away across a cat walk or small road that was not crazy busy when we went . So thankful to walk to the beach . The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils pans etc. It was very clean . We will most definitely be back !!

Easy fix

Washer and dyer not clean-there was a built up of lint in the laundry closet. Beach chairs in closet were full of water, when took them out to use, rusty water leaked all over. Vacuum tank was completely full. All cleaning supplies (mop, broom, bucket) was dirty in the closet. Hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke. There was a lot of dust throughout the condo. Bed was comfortable. View was beautiful.

A great get away retreat for my family.

The condo was tremendous and the owner was on top of any request or concerns I had. I would definitely choose this property again. The building was short on a couple of things. Not enough elevators for such a large building, one of the two elevators button wouldn't work for my floor and had to go to the floor above and use the stairs back down. Not enough carts for carrying your luggage and supplies to your condo. These are nit picky items. Loved the place and wish I was still there!!

The view from the balcony was outstanding! We spent many nights sitting on the balcony, sipping wine and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach and streets below. The unit was clean and decorated wonderfully! And I have to say my bed was more comfortable then my bed at home :). Easy access to the beach via the walk over from the pool was great. Only disappointment was the tiki bar at the pool was not open, however, the pool itself and access to the restaurant from the pool are was also a huge plus. We would definitely rent Millie's unit again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Millie was absolutely fantastic to communicate with throughout the stay. Only put 4 stars on cleanliness b/c there was still sand inside and the tile floors could have been cleaner. Not significant enough to complain about; we were at the beach. The water was amazing and the location was wonderful. Parking was a bit limited at night, but the security guard was very helpful! Thanks, Millie

Ok for the price

We were traveling as a family of 6 for a family wedding that was held at the resort. Check in was easy and the stay was ok for what we paid. We did not have wrist bands and were told that we would need to take care of it ourselves. We eventually got them the following day. There were no trash bags, beach towels, toilet paper, and other amenities that would typically make a stay excellent. Communication was decent with owner. I would likely not return here but did not have any terribly negative experience!

Great condo and beautiful water!!

Only reason I am not giving my stay a 5 star is because of the crowded beach. The beach itself was gorgeous and the water was crystal clear our entire stay. The owner, Millie was awesome!! If I had a question or concern Millie was always quick to respond within minutes of my email or text. Condo was very nice as well. I would definately come back to this condo again during the off season. I was nice to have 3 restaurants within walking distance and grocery store was less than a mile from the condo. Thank you Millie for being a wonderful host!!
