Totally remodeled and new! Sleeps 5 with King Bed in Master, Queen Pull-out Sofa and 2 Twin Bunks in Hall. All High-end quality items including mattresses, high thread-count sheets, furniture & decor. Beautiful walk-in shower. Hair Dryer provided.

Striking farm-style kitchen. Equipped and stocked with about everything you will need during your stay, including dinnerware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, coffee filters, spices. Large appliances include Dishwasher, Refrigerator w/ Ice-maker, Small appliances include: Coffeemaker, Toaster, Blender, Hand Mixer.

Umbrella and 2 Beach Chairs Provided! Free Wi-Fi. 2 Smart TVs with Free Cable. Books for your reading enjoyment. 2 Private Patios, one overlooking seasonally heated pool & hot tub. Vaulted ceilings, plantation shutters, lots of windows in this breath-taking end unit on top floor will have you coming back again and again.

Our unit is just steps away from parking and laundry just outside our front door.

Hot Tub & Pool (seasonally heated) on Property. BBQ Area with 3 Charcoal Grills. Bike racks. 4.8 mile Walking/Bike Path runs along street in front of Complex with Bike Rentals within walking distance.

Also within walking distance are several top-rated restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, winery and beach-supply shopping and rentals. Whole Foods, Publix & WinnDixie grocery stores within 5min drive.

MAXIMUM 5 guests, no exceptions & minimum age of Renter is 25, no exceptions for either. If either is broken, immediate eviction will occur with no refund given. Minimum age of renters for entire complex is also 25. Absolutely NO SMOKERS allowed, as we have family and guests that have strong allergies to smoke. Even if you smoke and are thinking that smoking in the parking lot will be okay. IT WILL NOT BE, DO NOT BOOK OUR UNIT, PLEASE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT. Absolutely NO PETS allowed either, there are maintenance, other personnel, neighbors and cameras that see who goes in and out of our unit.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Security cameras & adequate lighting in public areas for your safety & security.

Must be able to do steps as we are 2 flights up on top floor - extremely nice wide staircases with railings and well-lit.

Being our first time renting on Vrbo, our host walked us through the process & went out of her way to make everything easy & comfortable for us. The condo was modern, clean, & quiet - perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was literally across the street with its own private beach. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful Vavation Rental

The condo was just as it appeared on VRBO and the walk to the beach was short and easy access to the private beach entrance. The stay was AMAZING, communication with the owners was easy, and the pool and hot tub allowed us to unwind after a full day at the beach.

Cozy beach getaway

My husband and I stayed three nights in this cute, clean, and recently updated condo. The decor was cute and with farmhouse meets the beach vibe. The owners were amazing and were easy to communicate with & they made the entire process seamless from booking to check-in/check-out. I will definitely stay here again, only next time, I will book a longer stay.
