This Luau I corner unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, the Luau’s lagoon-style pool, Baytowne Golf course, the Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Tivoli Terrace pool.

At the ground level of the Luau condominium towers is plush landscaping which leads to the 4,000 square foot lagoon-style salt water pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), community grilling and picnic area.

Just 250 yards away are the pristine sugar white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The entrance to the beach is adjacent to the Beach House restaurant where you can order delicious food and drink and listen to live music while watching the waves roll in.
